I like location of the hotel and the receptionist was very nice. Parking is very cheap. Room was not clean, cleaning lady was disturbing all the time, breakfast was very poor |

The location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has its own parking area and it is good because the streets are vey narrow. The food is simple and always tasty. The furniture in rooms is very old. |

Very good location for the city centre but far enough away to feel a bit exclusive. Excellent views provided you're not facing the road. I eventually paid extra to have my room changed, as facing the road meant I had to keep the shutters closed, or else I had no privacy and noise as well. Not a very good option as this made the room very dark and claustrophobic. Breakfast was a quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel. |

Sunbathed and swam No fridge. Very badly planned room. Big problems with parking facilities which they do NOT reserve for customers in advance. Rather supercilious and unhelpful receptionist |

The hotel offers a good base for exploring the surrounding area, in particular the breakfast served was very varied and of a high standard. We found the hotel too impersonal and is probably more aimed towards an older clientele. |

Well located but a little hard to find with no advance signing clearly visible - saw the hotel sign as I was driving past. Also, pull off are to register was noted "buses only". The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. It was like they were doing us a favor by letting us walk into their hotel. By contrast, the staff in the breakfast room was very friendly. |

Location is good, parking is available, and it is easy to access on foot downtown Opatija and the boardwalk along the coast (which is spectacular) Single rooms were very small, the exterior door to the balcony did not stay latched and there was an interlock so the heat would not stay so it was cold in the room, building renovation construction underway so it was a bit loud. |

I stayed hotel in winter season. It is not crowded. Locati̇on of hotel i̇s wonderful. Breakfast i̇s very rich. I am glad to stay in kristal hotel. |

A nicely situated hotel Receptionist at time of arrival was not too friendly. Poor Internet service with rip-off prices for the poor service. Otherwise, nice hotel that is worth the price |
