You can fish in a pond, have a picnic on soft green grass, enjoy your time walking or cycling on nearby roads, you can gather your family and friends for a barbeque they will never forget. "Ladanjska kuća Maras" smještena je u vikend naselju Marinci. Samo 6 km udaljeno od grada Vinkovaca najstarijeg grada u Europi, čuvenog po brojnim arheološkim nalazima, te bogatoj etno baštini čuvanoj u muzejskom prostoru ovoga kraja. Vinkovci imaju što ponuditi svakom dobronamjernom posjetitelju. Bazen ako želite kupati. Šetnica uz rijeku Bosut ili jahanje u konjičkom klubu. Igraonice za djecu, brojni kafići i restorani.
