room comfort was excellant. lack of music/entertainment in evening. Lighting in bar area was very bright & did not make for a relaxing/pleasant experiance. |

The room was very nice and modern. Useful lighting system in the bedroom area. Unfortunately, we chose the wrong time of year, because most things were closed. I don't think it was great value for money. Quite a bit more expensive than I was hoping. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety for breakfast. complicated light and heating controls in the room. Glass door to bathroom and sliding glass door to bedroom unsafe. Lobby and bar restaurant too much bright lights. |

The breakfast was good and the reception staff were very helpful on check in and throughout our stay when we asked questions. There was a constant banging sound throughout the night. I imagine it was a door, window or balcony chair blowing in the wind but it was very annoying and I know I wasn't the only guest to have heard it. As Dubrovnik is obviously used to windy weather I would suggest the chairs are brought in during the non-summer months as they had all been knocked over by the wind. |

Great water front location. Excellent moden room with views to the mountains. Short bus ride to old town. Very helpful staff. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Never mind. |

Beautiful Hotel - absolutely immaculate - excellent food - the highest standards of service with a very friendly and apparently happy staff. I stay in many Hotels in my business life and this is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever stayed in - the excellence of the total package as delivered 24/7 is faultless. I like the surrounding even though it is a bit far away from the old car as I had a car. but it is not so convenient without it. there is one internet computer in the hotel and so many people use it. some people could just stay with in for a long time and they calimed there is no time limit in it!!! What can I say? |

The hotel is nice, clean. The personal at the desk is very styled, kind, smiling, well educated. The pool bar is excellent. The food is tasty. I made a reservation for 6 days for 2 persons during the Conference in Dubrovnik. On arriving, we announced that due to the 135 km "hard way" (no highway) we can not stay as we planned 6 days, only 5. This was 120 hours before cancelling the last day - much more than 72 hours - still my husband had to pay 50 % for the not consumed sixths day. |

Didnt like. No coffee machine/kettle in bedroom. No ice machines, had to go to bar each night to ask for ice told no ice bucket so given ice in very small plastic beaker. No plug in bath room 416. was told by receptionto put a piece of soap in plughole, how very silly. Each night we had to borrow our friends plug 408 so we could have a bath.dinning room staff very nice and very helpful. Please see above |

A comfortable hotel, with friendly staff who made us most welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our only modest comment is that we had to ask for our toiletry supplies to be replenished. |

The location The design of the bathroom is totally impracticable.For example,there are no plugs for the wash-basins which apart from being useless is an environmental joke and water goes everywhere.The lighting is geared to encourage migrane attacks, after two days of these attacks I simply turned the lights off.There is no shelf space to put your toiletries.You cannot reach the towels to come out of the shower or bath and they never provided bath towels. But,the worse sin of all is the lack of privacy when you are sat on the loo.There is no separate door to the toilet and the bathroom door itself is made of glass so if you are happy for your partner to see you on the throne! OK. |

The location was excellent for visiting the city of Dubrovnik, excellent bus and taxi service as only ten minutes away, but completely relaxing after busy day sight-seeing There was not a single thing I and my party of six did not like |

The staff were helpful and courteous. Their standard of English was excellent. The food was good. We had booked breakfast and then added the evening buffet meal which was good food and good value. |
