Osoblje je naplatilo boravak bez moga znanja s kartice koju sam u rezervaciji dao samo kao osiguranje. Na moje primjedbe da je rezervacija uz karticu samo za osiguranje odgovorili su da je to njihova praksa.

Fantastic hotel, great situation, nice distance away from hustle & bustle of the old town, lovely breakfast. Bedrooms finished to a very high standard & very comfortable.

The staff are the most helpful and polite people I've ever met. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the setting is beautiful. Could not praise this hotel enough.

The hotel had a very traditional front and entrance, however it had been considerably upgraded and the rooms and facilities were very modern. Excellent holiday or city break destination and beautiful location.

The staff were brilliant - I arrived at 7.15am and they got me into a room within 15 mins despite the hour. Can't recommend Lapad highly enough mainly due to the seemless efficiency of the staff.

Great location which was only 1.50 miles from Dubrovnik old town. Local bus outside the hotel into the Old Town. Great clean hotel with large rooms. Food was excellent

It was extremely unfriendly, the staff were unhelpful and rude. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and were promptly ill the next day.The pool was little more than a puddle!!!and it was definitely geared to the over 50's.

Impressing allure, well restored older building. Confortable bed and althrough room was small, it was well conceived. In quiet area.

The location right next to harbour was excellent. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the breakfast buffet delicious. All the staff were very professional.

This is a nice hotel to stay at for a visit to Dubrovnik. (only short bus or taxi ride away) We only stayed one night and found it a very nice experience. We believe it would be a place to stay for a longer period of time and explore the area from there. Nice clean rooms and very good choice for breakfast.

The staff at the Hotel Lapad were exceptional. They were extremely accommodating to myself, my wife and our 8 month old son. We had a great holiday and our stay at Hotel Lapad combined with the lovely, helpful staff was a big part of that.

Excellent situation,spotless & clean ,food first class and good selection. Staff very friendly & helpful(lea,mario,& goran) would recommend it to anyone. Hope to return in the near future with my husband.

Hotel Lapad is a fine hotel with a committed and friendly staff, It is accessible by bus no. 6 which stops outside the hotel where the suspension bridge comes into view. The pool in front of the hotel is clincally clean and well maintained but lacks privacy, a voyeurist's dream. Breakfast is of a high buffet standard. People working at reception are informed and helpful, Lifts are efficient but, depending on your room, a connecting lift may be required. The Bar is small yet caters for an expansive area , but it closed at midnight ! Alternative late night bars are within fifteen yards. The old town is a ten minute taxi ride and will cost seventy krona.A Shopping centre with Boutique Shops is also within walking distance. Across the Gruz Bay and a short walk from the shopping centre is Amford Restaurant ,with a unique and tasty lunch menu,Good value for money. The bus to the old town is a good ten minute walk whether you walk up the hill to Babin Kuk or back to the Ice cream kiosk. If you are going to the Airport , consider taking a taxi for 130 krona, anything else will ruin your mood.

A bar closing at midnight would not suit the needs of all nationalities !!! Bus no. 6 leaves from Pila Gate ( Old Town), is alway crowded and caters for High School students as well during term.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The hotel was wonderfully clean and fresh, the food was delicious, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location perfect for our purposes.

The only (small) disappointment was that the balcony cost us €10 extra per day for a harbour view and was not even big enough for 2 chairs. Happy to pay the extra but did expect that we could both sit outside and enjoy the view!

Very helpful staff; great location; very clean rooms, excellent cleaning and making up room; good swimming pool with good quality sun loungers; fabulous breakfasts - everything you could want and more.

Car parking at €7 a day was a bit pricey

A lovely Hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. A bus directly outside Hotel which brings you into Old town. We enjoyed our stay at the Lapad Hotel.

I loved this hotel. There are few luxorious hotels in Dubrovnik but Lapad is one of them. And the breakfast was the best we`ve ever had.

The staff were friendly; the breakfasts were substantial and catered for most tastes; the evening buffet was good value and the food higher quality than we found elsewhere locally; our room (superior suite) was large and great value; the location on the harbour was picturesque and there are lots of good walks locally; the hotel looked great when lit up at night; 4 stars was about right.

The quality of the room housekeeping was variable - e.g. remembering to replenish tea/coffees; the room had a good view of the harbour but you had to sit on the window sill to see it (there are no picture windows in the old part of the hotel); the hotel is a longer walk from the old town than expected - 40 minutes rather than 25 stated in some reviews; the public spaces are quite small if the weather is poor / cold; a number of evenings a tour bus would arrive and a large number of overnight guests would arrive and swarm into the restaurant simultaneously - not much left if you happened to dine after them; on the final night a large wedding party arrived and serenaded us with accordion music and drunken folk songs till 2.30 in the morning (charming or annoying depending on your personal viewpoint).

Bus stop right in front of the hotel for a 15min ride downtown; some restaurants nearby but shouldn't be your preferred choice; see the big cruise ships coming in; secure parking; good breakfast
