The location and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful. I also apreciated the quietness of the room. There should be some furniture, at least a dresser with drawers. The air conditioner was hard to adjust/change. No CNN??? I really missed not hearing anything that happened in my country. |

Very nice room, spaious and clean. Hotel has everything a hotel should have. Good breakfast and free car parking. The route to the hotel is pretty well indicated. In case of doubt follow Dubrovnik. I had a rental car, if you have not I'm not sure how public transport is arranged, since it's quit far from the town or the village. I don't know about the quality of the restaurant, since we had dinner in the village (2 km) for a good service, quality and price. Take your booking.com reservation with you, since we had a small discussion on confirmed price and stay. |

Spa, pools, bar, concierge, reception. The breakfast - few light options, not acceptable for the what they themselves consider "the best hotel in Croatia". One day our room was not cleaned and our bed was not made. |

Not much! We were generally very dissapointed as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. They have 700 guests staying and like sradines in a can there is not enough room. There are about 200 sunbeds so we ended up fighting other guests to get a seat .There is almost no beach and what there is no space available. There is no 5 star a la carte restaurant only a massive buffet style cafe.Etc Etc Etc..poor! |

Facilities were excellent. Attention to detail around the pools, in the gym, in the bedrooms was what I expected and I had a very relaxing time |

Room was excellent and staff was attentive. Location - too far from town centre and shuttle does not run near often enough and no restaurants/shops/markets in the near vicinity. TV - often did not work. |

I lost my mobile and the security found it and return it to me,when I try to give a tip to the security people, I was informed that it has no record of the person who found the phone, hence there was no need to tip. It is a very honest attitude, which is not easy to find anywhere in the world.I therefore want to thank the management of the hotel for posssesing a great sense of integrity. Perhaps, the price could be for a room rather than per person. |
