Erm, the reception guy on the last day was really nice, making us packed lunches for the journey back. The location was good, only a 10 minute walk along the sea front to the old town... We were on a lower floor so didn't benefit from the great views... Beds were the most uncomfortable I have slept in for ages, hotel was noisy with banging and the plumbing system noisy all through the night... Most of the staff were mardy (apart from the above guy!) Hotel was very dated - a shame as it has got real potential for such a great spot... Seemed to be more focussed on (older) tour groups - and the cabaret - well, the least said about that the better!!! |

The only thing I liked was the fact we were there for only one night. They did let us leave our bags after checking out, but I think this is hardly amazing. We had an awful room, of which it seems there are quite a few. The room was very hot and the beds uncomfortable. Given that we paid around 130 euros for one night, I expected more - at the very least to be able to get a good nights sleep. |

The view over the marina and the old town. The hotel was built in the 80's, and the rooms are now in urgent need of updating. Drawers did not work, curtains were hanging off the rail, one wardrobe door was missing. The bathroom was two colours - a pink sink, white bath, pink loo and white cistern. The bath was badly stained. We moved the second night to the Marko Polo, which was the same price but was superbly appointed. |

The numerous possibilities for active and passive recreation make the "Marko Polo" hotel an excellent center for delightful stay. |
Enjoying a picturesque location in Korcula in front of the quay where boats from Split and Dubrovnik land, Hotel Korcula offers a unique view of the sea and is the oldest hotel in town. |
Hotel Borik is situated in the heart of the little village of Lumbarda, only a few steps from the main street and the beach and with a view on the Lumbarda marina and the Pelješac peninsula. |
Dragan's Den is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from Korcula town centre and a short walk away to idyllic sandy beaches. |
