Gentilezza del personale, colazione buona e abbondante, parcheggio libero nella via, vicino alla fermata del tram n.13 che porta facilmente in centro stanza al piano terra con vista parcheggio, poca luce in camera. Situato in una via a dir poco caratteristica (da visitare il mercato dismesso verso il centro a destra) farebbe la gioia di un regista del neorealismo. |

Ambiente confortevole, elegante ed amichevole. Ubicato in zona tranquilla. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro. La stanza era molto calda ma il ventilatore era rumoroso per cui non lo tenevo acceso. |

La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione in cui si trova! una via molto tranquilla dove si puo' parcheggiare senza alcun problema la macchina!!Lo consiglio a tutti! Col tram N°13 si è in centro in poco tempo! Corridoio un po' rumoroso!! |

Comfortable and atmospheric. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff.Convenient stop over on way back from Osijek to UK. Felt that guests should not have to make their own bed ! ie. put duvet in cover. |

was very close to railway station and main university library that was my primary destination the was no cold water in the bathroom tap, only hot and the staff could not fix it. Also I noticed some ants in the room, and it was somewhat chilly. |

This hotel was perfect for why we used it--a quick overnight on our way somewhere else. The room and the bathroom were clean, breakfast adequate. It was a good price. Parking is on the street, must pay after 7am, but we didn't leave until 9am and didn't have a ticket. We definitely had to drive to the downtown, it's not very close. But, if you have a car, it's great. |

Cleanliness of the room and nice staff. Close to the center square if you are ok walking 10-15min. Horrible directions on the web site and people (in Zagreb) think its on the other side by the bus station. No street signs with the location it took us 2.5 hours to find location in busy Zagreb. |

The hotel was near to the town centre and had good transport links. Has a 'homey' feel and a bright, welcoming front of house reception area with bar. The beds were not comfortable and the hotel is next to a busy road. Well-furnished but a little bit shabby. |

Comfortable and clean hotel. Nice breakfast. There is a very nice meat restaurant nearby. It's not very close to the center (15-20min walking). Some of the staff don't speak english at all, but they are very kind and helpful even so. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. They have wireless internet. Good location, it's only a 10 minutes walk to the station, which is a good starting point for a tour around the city centre. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee could be better. |

Relatively easy to drive to without going too far into the city centre, parking outside and not far to walk to the centre. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, so the room was at 29 degrees most of the night. We told the only staff member at the hotel who apparently could not move us rooms, and just suggested we open the window. After an uncomfortable night's sleep I told the receptionist in the morning who brushed off and ignored the comment. At this point we just left as we had a plane to catch. The receptionist the evening before was fairly helpful. |
