Hotel Veli Losinj is surrounded by the lush, beautiful forest Podjavori. The town Veli Losinj was one of the favourite climate health resorts among the Austrian aristocracy, and is still renowned today.

The hotel was built in 1985 and offers very spacious, harmonious rooms painted in soft colours and with parquet flooring. In the big community hall you can watch television and get to know other guests. For your convenience you will find a fridge and a kitchenette on each floor. Besides breakfast we also serve lunch and dinner in our hotel restaurant.

The Veli Losinj is surrounded by trees and gardens and isolated from direct traffic, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The façades are painted in lively colours and a church and a tower adorn the small town harbour with numerous pastry shops, cafés and restaurants.

The sea around Losinj is the habitat of the last large group of bottlenose dolphins (tursiops truncatus) in the northern Adriatic, which indicates an exceptional cleanliness of the sea.

The moderate climate is suitable for sports activities and recreation all year round. All the seaboard paths, promenades and forests are ideal for nature lovers looking for an active holiday. There is over 130 km of well-kept and marked hiking and mountaineering trails on the island of Losinj. Numerous diving centres next to the hotel organise diving trips, courses and diving schools. The windsurfing school is located in Čikat Bay near Mali Losinj.

Room very old, smell bad, need to be refreshed. Breakfast very poor and without taste.No value for the money we paid.	3
