spa/wellness/pool and surrounding
wifi very weak signal in room, almost impossible to use.
Meals were excellent and the spa treatments that I had were professional and helpful.
the low couches were not comfortable for me.
Razen cene, ki sicer odgovarja kvaliteti, vse super.
Poor wifi connection in the room
I liked everything from the location, food, facilities, room, Wi-Fi , even the choice of restaurant from the concierge was perfect. well done to everyone
The hotel is magnificent, staff friendly and the city of Rovinj simply amazing. We shall return for sure!
It's a futuristic/modern looking place with a really amazing spa for adults (steam rooms, waterfall pools, etc.). The rooms are very comfortable and the staff try their best to help you when they can. The price for rooms is reasonable for such a fancy place. The huge breakfast buffet is included and is really wonderful with selections for tourists from all regions of the world. 25 minute walk to the Old City along a nice harbor.
Because Croatia is a developing country, don't expect the restaurant food to be as good as in Europe, or even as good as in some other places in Croatia. It's way overpriced and the service is a bit pretentious (white gloves for stainless steel cutlery?). They are trying hard so give them a break. They'll catch on.
Grounds, beach, spa with indoor pools, restaurant - free breakfast buffet was extraordinary and dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Parking is on the premises.
hotel facilities are great, great rooms.great design. very nice city, you can go on like this.... staff is really friendly, and even if not highly trained, they do a great job.
the kitchen could improve. quality of the some dishes vary from evening to evening-from good to poor
Great design great room lovely location lots of light one of the best I have been to and we travel 5 star a lot
On sushi night that premade the sushi and then Cooled it. This makes the rice hard. Sushi should only be served freshly made. Otherwise loved it and will go back
great location; very good spa; good restaurant
all ok; nothing to complain
Everything was perfect. We booked a family room and was upgraded to a suite. The view from the room was great. We enjoyed our holiday a lot!
Hotel is fabulous. Location is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent.
Drinks and snacks are very expensive.
- Location: fantastic, - Room furnishing, - Cleanliness, - Staff at the reception desk / spa very polite, helpful and friendly. - Affordable
Wi-Fi reception really poor/absent in the room. The staff at the breakfast: poor communication, ignore guests, unprofessional. It seems they work at their own pace and don't want to be bothered.
There is a member of hotel staff in front of the restaurant during breakfast asking you for a room number. I do not know why they do it - whether they think some of the hotel guests may want to have more than one breakfast per day or they suspect that people from other hotels may pop up. Whatever the reason, this practice is not typical for a 5-star hotel and they should think of a more sophisticated way to count number of guests having breakfast.
Fabulous design, location, everything...
spaciousness, designs, colors, shapes, room, large balcony, high ceilings, wooden decks, beach, pools, comfortable sun chairs, late night pool, the bay, the landscape, the view, the birds on the beach, helpful staff and many more, I had a very happy experience & enjoyed the designs & surroundings a lot..
expensive room service. loyalty discount should be more.
Spacious, new-feeling, comfortable. Took advantage of the BMW loan promo which was fun. Plentiful, varied and delicious breakfast spread.
The walk to Old Town was doable, but it was a touch far from this hotel to just run back and forth. We did the walk once a day and sometimes twice - good exercise.
Ambient and inspiring architecture Good breakfast Silent and comfortable rooms Good location
A room should be cleaned more thoroughly for this level of hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Lone. The suite was fantastic. As was the spa, staff and food in the restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here!
Everything that you would expect in a high quality hotel are present in this hotel.
The wi fi in the room seemed a bit weak
Superb hotel. Worth every penny of your holiday budget
Nothing to dislike here.
Quirky designed hotel in a nice location, next to the Punta Corrente nature park, with nice facilities. Breakfast was good, and the meal we've had in the hotel was excellent, but pricey. For the rainy days there's an indoor pool, sauna and a well equipped gym.
Boom-boom techno music base going right through the hotel as you're trying to sleep. I have no idea where this was coming from, but even earplugs didn't help much.
