Les saunas, les piscines intérieure et extérieure, l'accès à la mer, le cocktail d'accueil, le parking couvert, les vues sur la mer, l'accueil en français, les équipements vidéo des chambres, le confort général de l'hotel Les cartes d'accès à nos 2 chambres qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais belle réactivité du personnel |

Spa and wellness centre, buffet breakfast, whirlpool, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. Not enough service staff, no room/wellness/tour information provided in the room. |

Stunning views, good pool , plenty of sun loungers We did not manage to get a hot shower at any time during our stay, there seemed to be a problem with the supply to third floor rooms.We also used the laundry service, two items came back stained and had to be rewashed, other items were missing and had to be recovered the next day. They were very poorly ironed. |

It was a luxury 4 star hotel - food was very good, service was excellent. There were plenty of loungers for rocky beach area. Nice view from room although we didn't have a balcony (we booked very last min!). Very relaxing stay. The hotel is quite remote - it cost quite a bit (around 120 Kuna) to get to Pag town where ferry comes in so I think you are limited to hotel. However I feel the facilities make up for this. |

Location and facilities available there were perfect. Part of the staff had quite limited experience apparently thanks for the short history of the hotel. |

The hotel is new, modern and stylish, and is located at the top end of Pag Island, away from the crowded hotel zone. The hotel is located on the sea - the waterfront stone patio is nicely done, with a poolside bar. The waterfront stone patio and small pebble beach area are well-maintained and deck chairs are plentiful. The water and location are beautiful. Although the room was not ready at 4 pm, and there was an hour-long wait, the staff handled the situation with grace, and provided a later checkout to compensate for the inconvenience. |

Quiet waterfront location. Room did not have a balcony (picture on the site showed one for the room) and the air conditioning did not work properly. This hotel looks great but some of the small details are lacking. |

Beautiful sea, new and very comfort Hotel. Rooms are well equipped and very clean, the staff is nice and kind. Some of the hidden charges, which they should include in the room price, I think, or they should notify about thoose more clearly before use. I felt some lack in the programs,and entertainments, or they should provide more informations about them. |

hotel room,both swimming pools + saunas and fitness,nice location,private beach,quality of food They told us that for 1 dinner they charge extra 5 Eur finally they invoiced us 15 Eur per one dinner per person, this is very unfair !! They charge extra money for using deckchairs on the beach this is unprofessional in 4star Hotel. Last day they tried to invoice us some extra bills on our room before finall payment !!! No space at the room for wet towels to dry. Not pleasant check in. |

New structure, very high quality, excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast, not paired by a somehow ordinary dinner. Kind staff, whose training needs some minor tuning, not surprisingly in a new structure. |

Although in a very remote area it suited us for a couple of days rest. Also they had free WiFi. The staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel let itself down by the list of Guest Rules..eg It is forbidden to take items out of mini bar to put your own items in...you will be charged. It is forbidden to use electronic gadgets in your room...they will be confiscated until you depart. There was a page of these rules written in very strong terms. Made us feel very uncomfortable like we were in army camp!! |

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The hotel staff was very helpful and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, in Europe. The pool was refreshing and view of the private beach from the pool was awesome. The sink in my bathroom didn't drain very well but its a new hotel still working out kinks. The hotel was also pretty far from the town but that's not always a bad thing. |
