The view is fantastic in the seaside rooms, the beach is superclean and big enough, the hotel itself is new, nice and clean. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Good hotel for families, and excellent choice for doing nothing but relaxing on the beach. No beach towels are provided. There is no shower on the beach - These should be basic in a 4star hotel, I think. The drinks and food are quite pricey in the hotel - adapted to the price range of a 4star hotel. |

This is a very nice modern hotel with excellent facilities and suited to couples as well as families. With very few exceptions the staff are world-class. We were particularly impressed with the way the front desk personnel took care of all the guests queries and problems. The restaurant is good and getting better by the day under the watchful eye of a new restaurant/food manager. |

Very good hotel (real 4 stars), room is big and clean. Food is very good. Staff is frendly. Car park covered. Free wireless acces to internet. Sometimes problem recive hot water in bathroom. |

Le calme , le site , les chambres et la decoration Je regrette que la langue francaise soit absente sur la carte et les renseignements donnés à l'hotel mais cela n'est pas trés grave et ne concerne pas que le luna. |

La pulizia, la vicinanza al bellissimo mare, la spiaggia di cemento ma molto curata. Per cinque volte ho segnalato al personale il non funzionamento dell'aria condizionata e la finestra rotta (non si apriva) e nessuno è intervenuto. Al bar i camerieri chiacchieravano tra loro invece di servirmi. Sono partito un giorno prima pagando il 50% la notte non usufruita. |

grandes chambres claires, calmes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, piscine agréable l'attitude des membres du personnel: la réceptioniste s'en moque, la personne affectée à la piscine éteint sans un mot alors que l'on se baigne, puis fait irruption dans les vestiaires, son sac en bandoulière, alors que la fermeture est prévue 10 mn plus tard, le sauna, accessible uniquement de 16h à 20h, la chambre obtenue à 16h et libérée à 10h, le lit supplémentaire du niveau d'un lit de camp militaire et pourtant pas donné, les suppléments de prix par rapport au prix booking que l'on vous annonce à l'arrivée, le style " nous sommes un hotel de luxe", sans le personnel qui va avec: trop peu nombreux (débordé et pas vraiment accueillant), les nids de guêpes tout autour de la terrasse, qui vous attaquent pendant le petit déjeuner |

Buona posizione sul mare, buona struttura, buona pulizia delle camere, buono staff, ottima colazione a buffet La camera richiesta non era quella assegnata, per cui abbiamo dovuto richiedere il cambio stanza, la qualita' della cena a buffet non e' quella di un 4 stelle, attenzione a richiedere 1/2 litro di vino sfuso al pasto perche' costa 20 euro!!! |

Playa privada del hotel con plataforma para el acceso al agua bien acondicionada. Instalaciones modernas y acogedor con ambiente joven.Restaurante de la playa/piscina bueno La habitación olia permanentemente a comida (fritanga) y no era por el aire de la calle precisamente sino de conducto interno ya que también olía en el pasillo (y eso a pesar de ser un segundo piso). Lo comunicamos al personal del hotel pero dijeron que era la primera vez que les pasaba y no quisieron hacer nada. Realmente era un olor insoportable. |

La localizzazione sicuramente suggestiva. Facile accesso al mare con comodi sdraio + ombrellone. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Offriva poi piscina interna (anche se non grande) idromassaggio sauna.. che sinceramente non ho sfruttato visto il periodo estivo, però c'erano. L'acqua calda! Vabbé che ad agosto da quelle parti fà caldo ma l'acqua calda (e intendo calda e non tiepida) per farmi la barba non l'ho mai trovata! Altri aspetti che più che non graditi direi che ho trovato un pò carenti sono: il personale dell'animazione poco utilizzato secondo me, non sò se per scelta dell'hotel o altro, stà di fatto che certe iniziative 'ricreative' in agenda, non le ho mai viste; mentre ok il personale reception e, con un gradino sotto, quello per la colazione alla mattina. La sera se si vuole movimento (e confusione) ci si deve spostare e si deve andare a Novalja a circa 15 km. In sostanza ha le potenzialità per un 4 stelle ma ritengo che il rapporto attuale prezzo/qualità sia un pò troppo elevato. |

Nous avons aimé le confort de la chambre et la décoration de l'hôtel en général, la proximité du bord de mer avec sa plage aménagée et les chaises longues/parasols gratuits pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner-buffet était très bien. De plus, on peut trouver des restaurants au village à 3 minutes à pied, d'autres services à la ville de Novajlia à quelques km en voiture. Le manque d'attention et d'amabilité de certains serveurs aux restaurants/bars, une certaine négligence dans le service : par exemple, à midi au restaurant extérieur, le serveur a refusé de nous apporter la carte, se contentant de nous proposer certains plats. Au bar, il fallait attendre longtemps avant d'être servis. Le parking est très vite complet. |

Saubere schöne zimmer, direkte lage am strand, freundliches personal an der rezeption Den ganzen tag laute musik im poolbereich, unfreundliche mitarbeiter im gastronomischen bereich, 150 euro für ein zimmer mit blick auf den parkplatz und ohne balkon sind meiner meinung nach zu teuer |

La bellissima posizione proprio di fronte al mare, la facilità di fare il bagno nel mare e di prendere il sole con spazio attrezzato sul mare. La piscina di acqua di mare. La vista del mare dalla camera. Il paesino di pescatori raggiungibile a piedi. La pulizia ed il comfort dell'hotel. L'acqua della doccia era troppo fredda. La vasca scaricava male. |

Neues Hotel mit sämtlichen Komfort. Besser als Beschreibung (Minibar vorhanden, Wlan kostenlos oder Lan im Zimmer kostenlos - unbedingt Lan Kabel mitnehmen!!!!) Klimaanlage ist etwas zu hoch temperiert (24 Grad) |
