The apartments were quite difficult to find and a fair distance from the town centre and beach.

Located close to shops, facilites and beach

Size is correct, two balconies, almost new house.

Wi-fi is instabil.

Room was spacious and adequate for 3 adults. Parking on the street out front was ok.

Beware. When booking this reservation I had intended on reserving a room in Zadar. When you search on Zadar it apparently provides hotels in other areas supposedly close by. Not being familiar with BioGrad or the area in general I didn't realize this was about 30 minute drive from Zadar. While looking in the streets of Zadar for our hotel we finally went to a tourist info office and they picked up that the apt was actually in Bio Grad which was down the road a bit not in Zadar. A local called the owner for us as we tried to cancel that room and find a room in Zadar but they woutd not let us cancel without payment. We decided to tour Zadar and then go down to Bio Grad to spend the night which acutally worked out since there wasn't that much in Zadar to keep us there for the night . The m&m was a ways from the waterfront where all the activity was and you had to drive so it was not convenient for walking. Beaches there were nothing much but none are in Croatia. Stayed here only 1 night so it served the purpose but would try to stay a little closer into town to be able to walk at night and have to deal with parking somewhere downtown.

The staff were brilliant and always on hand to deal with any problems. We reported a fault in the hot water system and it was put right immediately. The location was good, giving easy walking access to the beach and excellent access to travel around the area.

The beds, although extremely comfortable, were a bit low for my wife and me, both in our early 60's.

Very clean rooms, everything was pretty new. Good location, easy to walk to the town center and the beaches.

English of the staff was very poor.. Aircoditioning was in the living room which was far away from the bedroom.

Nice, modern and excellent clear room, quiet place, parking, wifi free, friendly and helpful staff - they came at 2 a.m. to accomodate us. Perfect!

V času mojega bivanja so gradili na objektu kjer smo bivali. Verjamite ni prijetno imeti poleg terase kupe peska cement in pa mešalec ter pod oknom svoje spalnice delavce ki štemajo beton počitnice bom reklamiral

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage.

Ein sehr schönes Apartmenthaus in Zentrumsnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 600m Entfernung, gute Lage. Ausstattung für Kroatien aussergewöhnlich gut, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Apartman moderno i stilski opremljen. Ljepa terasa!

В апартаментах два балкона, сориентированых по стронам света так, что в любое времяесть и солнце для загара и тень. Замечательное сочетание простоты и наличие всего необходимого.

Wir durften im Hof von M&M Apartments die Brautabholung für unsere Hochzeit ausrichten und möchten nochmals herzlich für diese Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken. Die Apartments sind sehr groß und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ermöglicht problemloses Parken. Der überdachte Hof ist perfekt zum Ausrichten von kleinen Festen und Grillfeiern!

Sauber, ordentliches Mobiliar

Gute große Zimmer mit normalen Standard. Alles sehr sauber.

Не хватает мелочи: в ванной комнате отсутствуют вешалки для полотенец. Не удобно.

Na první pohled moderně zařízený apartment,ovšem na ten druhý pohled najdete různé zbytky po předchozích nájemnících, ani podlahu se tu nenamáhají vytřít před příjezdem nových hostů.Nás už tu neuvidí,ale pokud si nepotrpíte moc na čistotu klidně sem jedte.

A szállás új építésű, modern, tiszta, jól felszerelt konyhával rendelkezik.

Mindössze 6 parkolóhely van az apartman előtt, amelyekre a 10 cm-es szintkülönbség miatt óvatosan lehet csak beparkolni. A távolság a központhoz sokkal több, mint amit leírtak a tájékoztatóban. A falak vékonyak, a székhuzogatás és a gyereksírás miatt reggel 7-kor már ébresztő van.

Прекрасный вид. Достаточно просторное жилье, отдельный вход. До моря далековато минут 10 пешком, зато в этом городе мало русских, а только чопорные австрийцы, немцы. Самый семейный отдых. В аппартаментах все было: кондиционер, кухонная утварь, постельное белье и пр. Езжайте и не думайте :-)
