I needed a cheap - but not too cheap - place to stay near the airport. All facilities were as described on the website. Even though the only English speaking person was not always there during my stay, the people that were there couldn't have done more to make my stay comfortable and I could speak to the lady over the phone which worked very well for the few questions I had. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Also they gave a free lift to the airport and the nearest town for dinner. As a non smoker, even though the room was smoke free, there was smoking in the dining area which was a little off putting when I first walked into the door. However, by breakfast time this seemed to have claered.

Excellent service! We had a little issue with leaving one of our bags in our taxi to the hotel, and not knowing any Croatian, the young man at reception was very helpful in tracking our bag down for us. He was also super helpful in driving us to the airport early in the morning, as no taxi drivers would come for the short fare.

Staff was very friendly. Since we were leaving on early flight before breakfast was served, they offered and provided a sac breakfast ready for pick-up at 6:30AM. Very thoughtful.

I found the staff extremely accommodating and friendly. I was even driven to the airport for an early flight! It would be perfect if there were a dining-room as well, although I had a very nice and inexpensive meal at the nearby Hotel Resnick

The location as it was near to the airport for our early return flight. The staff who were extremely friendly and helpful fro the moment we arrived, and drove us to the airport the following morning The arrangement of the the triple room which was really 2 rooms with easy access between the 2-great for families, and they added an extra bed so it slept 4. The shower head kept sliding down its pole!

We booked at this hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and availability of an airport shuttle. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff was very cordial and spoke english very well which was to our advantage as we did not speak Croatian.They served a continental breakfast which exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable and our stay there was very nice. They arranged transportation from Trogir to the hotel and again to the airport for us in the morning ( no small task as there were eight of us and luggage for a three week stay in Croatia.) All in all the stay was very pleasant.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, they were willing to help in everything and they answered my questions regarding transportation and tourism. Indeed, very friendly and good mannered. On the other hand the roomy was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is near the airport so I got there by taxi and it was super cheap, only 55 kuna, and they guy helped me with my bags. The bathroom had no light, there wasnt even a lightbulb installed, maybe they would have solved it if I complained but I was just spending the night and I got there super tired and super late so I didnt want to go downstairs. Still, I think that having light-bulbs would be something you should check before putting a guest there.

Ante, one of the bosses, is the most friendly person in the hotel and he is always helpful. It is good that pick up service from and to the airport is provided. This hotel is chosen because it is so close to the airport and room rate is reasonable. If Split is your last stop of your croatia trip and you want to avoid high expenses and the crowd in the city centre of Split, this hotel can be a choice. Rooms are just very basic but clean and with air-conditioning. You can't survive without air-conditioning in Split in summer! We have to pay 96 Euro as fine to give up a room that we had booked in advance in the city centre of Split as we found out that there is no air-conditioning in that room!!!!! Breakfast provided in this hotel is not good and there is no loss to skip the breakfast.

This hotel had several problems. The air conditioning does not work on hot days! We were broiling in July! The towels were like sandpaper. My sister called them "exfoliating towels"! Would not stay here again.

From the very start we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and as we were on honeymoon, they went the extra mile to make our stay romantic. They recommended a lovely restaurant and even took us there! And also gave us champagne! We would no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone, as the service is so good, its 5 minutes from the airport, and also clean and well furnished.

It was very near to the airport which is why u choose the hotel.on departure the hotel receptionist gave us s lift to the airport which was very kind and helpful rather than us paying for a taxi.the room was clean and comfortable with air con and also had a balcony.breakfast was good also, nothing cooked but still enjoyable buffet style so good if your in a hurry.overall very pleased with stay.

The hotel owner was absolutely brilliant. Anything that I needed he was willing to help me with. I arrived early and he let me have the room early. I needed directions and information and he gave it to me. He was extremely helpful. Nothing. My stay was excellent.

Vila Stafileo was a great place to stay. The staff was very accommodating with a great attitude. Made our stay very comfortable. Also provided us a ride to the airport at 4:45 am and again at 10 since we were flying separately. We really appreciated their friendly smiles on the last night of our European vacation. I would highly recommend!
