Near beach, family hotel, best restaurant, very hospitality

We traveled for more than 3 weeks in Croatia. Stayed in 10 possibly more hotels/pensions during this period. The Boutique Marco Polo in Gradac was the best. The location is beautiful, the off season price (November) is right, but the service, personal attention, willingness to assist and all with a smile, is better than excellent. We were the only guests for that evening (we were there for one night) and upgraded to the suite with lovely balcony looking out over the Adriatic coast. Certainly put us in a positive mood!! The attitude is: "We are not using it, we might as well"! (The suite) Paid Euro 70.00 The breakfast is delicious with great variety even though we were the only guests at the time. Breakfast, parking and wifi were included in the price. I have to stress, we travelled very late in the season!

Location of the Hotel was very next to the seaside. We enjoyed the beach above all. We hadn't do that better previously. The food was delicious and we couldn't stop having all the meals failing to fulfill our plans of dieting.

The excursions for exploring some other parts of Makarska Riviera were not well-organized.

The friendly staff and the very relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is freshly renovated and has all the amenities you need. It's location next to the seaside was great that after breakfast We could go to the beach and to our room with ease. The resturart in the hotel had gourmet food and had a truely croation flavor.

üBerwiegend sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal , gutes Essen mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis , Restaurantes liegt toll , etwas düsteres,aber großes Zimmer mit gutem Bett (Tipp: Ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen !), Lage unmittelbar am Meer , Kieselstrand insgesamt sehr gut, tolle Sonnenterasse "on top" Lage von Gradac ideal für Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik, Mostar und zu den Inseln.

Schwierige Anfahrt(ab 19 Uhr praktisch nicht mehr möglich), Parksituation mangelhaft (kein Hinweisschild, dass es sich um den Hotelparkplatz handelt), sehr kleiner und mit Liegen vollgestellter Strandabschnitt, Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr betagt Kurios : das wahrscheinlich längste Hotel- Buch der Welt ! Es fehlte nur noch die Vorstellung der Urgroßmutter ! Vom Besitzer haben wir die ganzen 6 Tage nichts gesehen, was uns aber nicht wirklich störte. Lag aber wahrscheinlich daran, dass wir keine der angebotenen Touren buchten, sondern diese alle selbst machten.

Alles is top bij dit hotel behalve de matrassen.

Het matras waar wij op moesten slapen was versleten. Het was oncomfortabel hard en je voelde de veren.

Fitnessbereich; besser weniger Geraete, dafuer bessere Qualitaet der Geraete. Fitnessbereich Note 4-. Mitarbeiter einfach super. Chef hatte keine Zeit bei der Verabschiedung. Sagte nur bis zum naechsten Mal.

Hotel in posizione ottima sul mare molto tranquillo e il personale molto gentile ottimo e romantico il ristorante

Ein idealer Ort um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden oder -so wie wir - einen Zwischenstop auf der Reise entlang der Adriamagistrale einzulegen. Mostar liegt in Tagesausflugsentfernung. Das Hotel ist perfekt. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und das Restaurant ist Spitze. Ein kleiner aber feiner Hotelbetrieb von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. So freundliche Mitarbeiter findet man sehr selten.
