Fantastic apartment, run by a great host. Stella was very friendly and gave us a ton of information about Split! She really was accommodating and helpful, would stay there again for sure. Highly recommended, two thumbs up!!!

Recently renovated in 2024 one bedroom apartment with an elevator is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Located only 500 metres from Diocletian's palace, 200 metres from Park Mladezi/Ultra music festival and 15 min walking distance from the Spaladium arena and Poljud football stadium. Perfect for digital nomads, remote workers, business trips and short stays. The main train/bus station/Airport Shuttle bus and harbour are 600 metres away. Local bus lines (Trogir, Airport, Omis and Klis Fortress ) and bus station with 11 local lines are across the street. If you arrive at the ferry port, train station, or to the main bus station, you can take the bus lines 2, 9 or 10 and get off on the third station; from there you have a 1 min walk to the apartment (heading west). Free public parking is located in front of the building. Everyone can use that parking without paying for it. We can not guarantee a parking spot. There is a large paid public parking place near the property. The price per hour is 1,20 Euro. Also there is a prepaid street parking 1,00 Euro per hour. You can park for free between Saturday after 14:00h until Monday morning at 07:00h.

Within the neighbourhood there are all the basic stores which you might need bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, caffe bars, banks, post office, pharmacy, ATM, several governmental and public buildings such as police station, public health station, justice court and a large paid public parking place. We recommend to hire a bike - Next bike public bicycle sharing system (0,66 Euro per 1/2 hour) to explore nearby beaches and famous park of nature called Marjan, 20 min walking distance from the apartment. Or even cliff climbing on the south side of the Marjan hill.
