Staff was friendly and speaks good English. Room was recently renevated with good taste. Room was clean and comfortable with LCD-tv and free Wi-Fi connection.

Our room was quite small and there was no view. You can hear every conversation and noise from the hall to your room but not from other rooms.

It was my wife's 40th birthday the day we arrived and Ivana the owner had put a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the bed with some chocolates, rose petals and a bottle of wine - such a wonderful kind welcome to Croatia. The rooms are perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful city of Split and the islands as you are right by the port. The rooms are very clean, modern and fresh. The double glazing means you get a perfect night sleep even when there is lots of activity going on in the street below.

Really clean, modern and friendly staff

Very hard to find because no sign posts, too many stairs to get to it and this should be clearly mentioned in information on the website and noisy in the mornings... But great otherwise.

Very nice and helpful staff (handled even our bicycles :-) ), very favourable central location besides pedestian area in the middle of the tow near Diocletian palace and harbour, very convenient clean modern room with nice view.

The managers were absolutely fantastic. They were very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to provide medicines, tea etc for a cold that I had and always asked my partner how I was progressing. The apartment is situated perfectly, 50 meters to the esplanade and with all shops, local laundry and restaurants within a stones throw. Highly recommend location and apartment to stay, whilst in Split

Everything excellent! The wonderfull,perfectly clean room with an amazing view to the historical town...Coffee in the bed in the morning, nice traditional cakes rafioli and fruits served any time...Very kind owners...We will come back again for sure...

Nothing,everything perfect...

The biggest advantage of Marmontova Luxury Room is which is close of the center and you can do evrything in five minutes. The staff is really nice, the rooms are very clean and tidy.

Disadvantages: when we arrived we have to wait for 20 minutes for staff to come and open our room because they are not always there, no parking

Everything. Management and service was amazing, we booked for three nights and increased it to 7. The only downside is that there is no lift, not that I was bothered by that, I love to exercise and so I saw it as compensation for not having a gym. The rooms are beautifully designed and the view from our window was fabulous. Very happy, highly recommend this place and would most definatly stay again. Carolin Fearnside Sydney Australia

This historical building does not allow for an elevator. Call ahead and someone will help you with your bags.
