The staff were excellent and really couldn't do enough for you. The location really suited us too - 30 seconds from the harbour and the diocletian palace (with lots of bars, restaurants and places to wander about). The sun terrace was useful for vegging out in the sunshine. Good breakfast in a lovely reception area covered by a clever windowed skylight making good use of the small area available to the hotel. Excellent bathroom with the best showers I've ever used in a hotel. Although we felt the hotel was very good it felt a little overpriced. It is a little short on amenities - the bar isn't really a proper bar (you have to go to reception downstairs to order a drink). There is limited food in available in the hotel (although you would probably dine out locally anyway). Although the furnishing is stylish and attractive, there were odds and ends that made me think it would not be easy to maintain (scratched flooring in the lift, a couple of lights not working). Nothing major but when we discussed it we thought the hotel was relying on its newness and we thought it might not be as nice in a year's time. Minor issues really. Missed having a bath (as we were there for a week & it would have been nice to have a soak - particularly as there is no spa attached to the hotel). However I knew this when I made the booking so this is again a minor point. |

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable. The room design was quite modern and well executed. It's an excellent location in Split, about a two minute walk to the Diocletian palace. |

We did not realized, and it has not explained to us that one cannot reach this hotel by car. It is in the middle of a walk-only area of Split. After rounds of driving the narrow, convoluted streets arround the hotel, trying to approach it from different directions (we had a GPS in the car) we finally parked in its vecinity and walked to it. We found it just by luck. It is tucked inbetween these charming little streets. The staff of the hotel sent an electric cart to bring our luggage. The room was very confortable, but rather dark; surrounded by buildings of old stone walls, with a view of the streets. We liked the proximity to the old town; we could walk anywhere. That is the trade off for the crowded feeling. The inability to park the car right at the hotel. |

Very nice furbishing and design. They should have more high quality products for breakfast (like fresh orange juice, jams etc.) for the price they are asking. |

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in (anywhere). The quality of hotel finish, and level of service/services were truly excellent. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. Absolutely nothing (really, it was truly exceptional and a model for a boutique hotel). I would like to go again for a weekend break (I am working and living in Budapest and it is a short flight from Budapest to Split) |

It was in the center- very close to everything in the old city. The room was very hot (102) and there was no possibility to have fresh air in. The dining room where we have breakfast is directly in the entrance which is not nice, it could be placed somewhere else. |

The room was very cool and comfortable. The location was also good. The breakfast was not comfortable. The hotel staffs who were working at front also prepared breakfast,so there was not enough service at breakfast. |

Great hotel in such a good location to enjoy Split. We got a double room for €100 and booked it just a couple of days before our stay. Such good value as it was a really top notch hotel. If I HAD to fault this hotel then I'd say it would have been better to have had a shower hook so I didn't have to hold the shower head. But apart from that the bathroom was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been good too but really not a major problem |

Chic, funky hotel in a sensational location within the Diocletian Palace precinct. Simple but nice breakfast. Great rooftop bar area (in fine weather). It made Split it fabulous experience. |
