Great location. Nice rooms & Bathrooms. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds & pillows. Loved the individual duvets for 2 people sharing. Ac system fantastic.

Housekeeping not consistent. Not enough large towels for 2 people sharing. You did not replenish the products we used (shampoos etc), or the tea & honey. This is not acceptable with the price of this hotel. The keys often did not work and we had to go to reception every day to have them re-set. Taxi pre-booked was overpriced at 50€ when locally you can get it for a lot less so we cancelled the return booking. Radio did not work. Not enough hangers for clothes for 2 people sharing.

The place is in "old town" so the wiev has its restrictions. At least no traffic.

Everything! It was in a great location, the cost was very reasonable considering the location and the decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All together it was a wonderful experience. It was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at and we do a lot of traveling. The room as beautiful, clean and spacious and the bathroom shower was just amazing!

Central position and yet nice walk through old part of the town, could wonder around the old streets.

I liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was very good quality food, and cooked food was no trouble if wanted.

Everything! The staff were amazing, they help you with everything and the rooms were lovely. Sunny terrace on the 2nd floor is nice to relax. Hotel offer a little electric car who help with a luggage. They help you also for transfers and boats tickets. They are just in the heart of old part of the city

The hotel is beautiful / comfortable and the location is perfect. The design is sleek /modern with interesting touches of stone and flowing draperies. I would say it is very elegant. Outdoor sun terrace is a nice addition. All the staff is helpful and speak English very well.

Located within the old town walls, the hotel was perfect for our requirements and of our travelling group.

Very difficult to find the hotel in the narrow side lane when the taxi dropped us off at the wrong end of town.

Location and cleanliness. The whole city is surgically clean.

location was excellent, design was clean, contemporary, yet warm. room was nice size, bathroom big with tub. staff was very friendly and accommodating. loved the 2nd floor balcony, like my "private patio".

Fantastic location [in Split's Old Town] and walkable distance from all of the restaurants, marinas and sea front.

The price does not reflect the room. We paid GBP 230.00 for our room; it was clean and seemed newly refurbished but wasn't so different from a UK Premier Inn room in size and furnishings incl the bathroom's fittings were also Premier Inn-style.

The location is amazing and the staff was very friendly. They also had a computer with fast internet available and a nice sun deck.

For the price, the rooms were basic and there weren't a lot of other features, but it seemed like this was the norm for Split.

They have the best smelling shampoo and body wash. I even sent an email to the company that makes it, telling them how good it smelled. Bed was comfortable, large shower with an overhead shower and handheld one too. Location is great! Right in the city, but be warned, the hotel is difficult to find the first time around. It's in walking distance of the bus station, but down a side street and then another side street... Anyway, once you do find it, it's impossible to forget where it is.

It took forever for housekeeping to come clean the room. I like to go out early in the morning, come back about noon and stay in during the hottest part of the day and go back out in the evening. But every day I'd come back and the room was still undone. One day I didn't get back til 1330 and it was still undone!! It's not that I care about the room; I just hate being there when the woman is in there working- all my guilt about the working class and all.... Haha!
