1. exellent localization, easy and short reach to the city center by tram , walking distance to the bus station to take bus to the airport. 2. hotel was quiet, warm , small , clean , nice staff 3. exellent coffe !

some fresh vegetables for breakfast would be good idea !

the location close to the main buss station as we came in from the air port on the airport buss. it is right on the tram lines which make it easy to get around the city once you work out the tram stops ect. by some standards we are not so bright but we had it all worked out within 1 hour of being there.the hotel had double glaysed windows so there was no problem with traffic noise,the brekfast was basic contential style but value for the money we paid.

While the rooms were a little small, they had everything we needed: lots of towels/toilettries, well-stocked breakfast buffet, strong wifi.

Price was a little high for the value.

Cleanliness, Breakfast and Location

Rooms are too hot in the summer. AC won't cool lower then 26C (79F). I would not stay there in summer again.

The breakfast was nice and it was on a tram line. The staff were up and down though one was so friendly and helpful while the other wouldn't talk to you and couldn't give any advice about the city.

It was really expensive given the location and facilities. Noisy with tram and cars out the front. On website says can pay euro but then when checkout can only pay euro in cash and not card so was a dilemma not needed when running to catch a train.

Attractive price and convenient location - close to the spot where my business was, and close proximity to the buss station. The latter is important if one prefers to use Croatia Airlines bus service to airport instead of taxi for late evening arrivals and early morning departures.

Courtyard view was not pretty, but that was not important after all.

Breakfast - cold water in tea-pot and old fruits

This is our second time stay with my wife in Meridien 16, during our trip to Zagreb both in last year and this year,and enjoyed very much even we could spent only one night. Although the noises of trams so laudy in the early mornings,we don't perceive this as disturbance. When we plan to visit Zagreb nex time,we choose to stay again in Meridien 16. Thank you.

In general we did'nt feel any negative effect.

Continued bad smell from bathroom. Existing for years and thay didn't resolve it

Only 1 tram-stop away from the bus station. Ideal if you need to travel from/to other places by bus or get to airport. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Air-conditioned room. Convenient as we could leave our big luggage there when we travelled to Plitvice and came back another day. Elevator available!

Cleaning staff didn't fill in toilet paper. We had to ask for it. This happened twice.

バスターミナルから徒歩圏内。トラムの停留所も目の前にあり便利な立地。（ターミナルから歩けるが、トラム- だと1区間）ただ、市内中心まで5分、ということはない。バスターミナルまでで5分、駅で10分、中心まで- だと15~20分はかかる。 普通のビジネスホテルといった感じ。チェックイン時間前に部屋に入らせてもらえたのはありがたかった。 朝食は豪華ではないが十分である。卵等も注文すれば調理して出してくれる。（カウンターに書いてあった）カ- プチーノも美味しかった。

ホテルのスタッフがやや無愛想である。質問にはちゃんと答えてくれるが、常に仏頂面…。 シングルルームはやや手狭である。

La situation géographique: à 5 mn de la gare routière et plusieurs trams passent devant l'hôtel. La jeune femme à l'accueil m'a attribué d'office une autre chambre plus calme (n° 21) donnant sur le parking. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

La douche un peu petite. Des viennoiseries auraient été appréciées au petit-déjeuner qui est bon.

Consiglio solo di chiedere se possibile una stanza che dia all'interno perch' la strada e' molto trafficata.

Hotel dobrze położony dla pieszych penetracji centrum. Darmowy parking I internet oraz przyzwoite śniadania, podnoszą wartość oferty. żYczliwy personel.

Położenie hotelu przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, hałas od wczesnych godzin rannych do nocy.Ekspozycja okien na południe robi z pokoi saunę. Potrzebna lepsza klimatyzacja, aby móc całkowicie zamknąć okna, izolując się od hałasu ulicznego.

un peu excentré il faut prendre un tram mais il passe en bas de l hotel. Beaucoup de circulation.

Przyzwoite śniadanie

Lokalizacja przy ruchliwym skrzyżowaniu, z tramwajami. Niedomykające się okna nie umożliwiały spokojnego snu. Zarezerwowałam pokój dla dwóch dorosłych osób z dzieckiem, po przyjeździe okazało się że nie ma takiego pokoju I zostaliśmy rozdzieleni.

Disponibilità del personale, la camera è moderna e l'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, come tutti gli accessori dichiarati in fase di prenotazione.

Attenti al fatto che l'hotel sembra collocato ai bordi del centro di Zagabria, tuttavia il centro si trova ad oltre 2,5 km di distanza... Insomma occorre muoversi in macchina o con gli ottimi mezzi pubblici per visitare la città, ma non è colpa dell'albergo.

hotel funcional, muy cercano a la estación de autobuses, bien comunicado con el centro, pasan tranvías justo por delante, andando son unos veinte minutos. Desayuno abundante.

sin duda, el ruido del paso de los tranvías, en ocasiones dudas de si duermes sobre las vías.

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом автовокзал. Дойти пешком с чемоданом не составит труда. До старого города несколько трамвайных остановок. Останавливались на одну ночь. Успели посмотреть город.

A 100 metres de l'estació d'autobús que va a l'aeroport. Molt aprop del tramvia núm. 6 que va directament al centre de Zagreb
