Miro Studio Apartments  

Loved that fact that the appartment was in the centre of the old town and their was no steps to climb to get to our building. There was some lovely resturants beside us. And it was accessible to all parts of the old town.

One night a week their appears to be a small bar not far that can play loud music late on night a week!!!

The view was incredible ~ we had room 6 - and the location generally was superb. Facilities and comfort also top notch.

Well, the mosquitos were annoying, but can't blame the apartment for that.

The quality of the apartment was brilliant, clearly recently done up and very stylishly so.

When we booked the studio apartments the location was meant to be outside the city walls in a quiet spot by the sea in a cove. When we arrived we were led to an apartment inside the city walls on the opposite side of the city - I did ask if this was right and my concerns were brushed off. This was NOT quiet. Every evening there was live music from the restaurant by the entrance to the apartment and the noise meant we had to close the windows even when we'd rather have kept them open from a temperature perspective. Just to add to the fun, the next door church did a full peal of the bells, not just Sunday morning, but every morning, and early - somewhere between 6 and 7 am. The apartment we stayed in was labelled Secret rather than Miro, but we had booked the Miro apartment. We did see the location for Miro, and it would have been nice and quiet there. I adored Dubrovnik and the quality of the apartment was great, but I would only stay again if I was certain I was going to get the one outside the walls. I suppose I should have complained at the time, but I assumed the others must have been fully booked for them to put us in a different one to the one we booked.

MirO apartments was far and away the best stay on our entire trip. We stayed for 4 night is apartment Secret ii (we lucked out and got a free upgrade because the older couple who was supposed to be staying there couldn't manage the stairs to the top floor). The room was stunningly beautiful, and enormous (even a great bathroom and a loft sitting room with kitchen). The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town. We were able to arrange a pickup from the airport and the proprieter met us right when we got into town. I honestly can say enough great things about our stay in dubrovnik. Whatever other accomodations you're looking at, forget them and stay here.

Absolutely nothing. There are a few stairs, but after all the buzzara and pasticada they're a good thing.

The apartment we stayed in was modern and contempory in design and extremely clean and well equipped. Viktor and the other staff were always friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions and offer advice. The location was fantastic; it has the best of both worlds because it is only a couple of minutes walk from the main Pile gate entrance to the old town yet it it is on an extremely peaceful and quiet street near a beautiful little bay. In addition we felt it was great value for money. We felt it was a fabulous find and would definitely stay there again if we were in Dubrovnik.

There was nothing we didn't like.

1. The room looks like the laboratory rat cell divided with partitions. 2. You MUST leave the room after 11 a.m. if you need cleaning in your room. We did not know about it and so we had to wait for cleaning for 3 days. 3. The receptionist Maria was sometimes very rude and not polite. 4. Our windows looked on a brick wall and the owner refused to be us another room with the sea view though he had such rooms.

Supern location, very helpful staff, well equiped and clean / modern

The MirO Studio Apartments is a very wonderful place that we have stayed 6 nights in Dubrovnik with my wife. The Apartment has excellent location, is very near to Old Town (Pile Gate), you can be in Old Town with only 50 steps. It is near to Bus Station, markets, restaurants etc. but the street very quiet. Room is very clean and well decorated. We find in room what we needed all.(refrigator, oven, macrowawe, cooker, kettle, all kitchenware, tv, dvd player, wi-fi, clean towels, comfortable bed - it was like a luxury suit) Victor is superman :) how can we thank him enough, we loved him. He is very friendly, gentle, funny and he made everything for our holiday must be better. And his recommandations was the best. If he did not give to the tips, our holiday was not good like this. We are very happy about to meet with him. We find a real friend in Dubrovnik. And we want to thank to Isabelle for recommandations about before coming to Dubrovnik. We would stay there again, and we will advise the MirO Apartments and Victor to all our friends which will go to the Dubrovnik. It was a happy holiday...

The MirO apartments are fantastically located near Pile gate and all the major sites of the old Dubrovnik town, as well as a major bus stop so it was very easy to get around. The studio appartment was very modern and clean. The bathroom is spacious. Viktor greeted us and was very helpful at providing with information about sights to see as well as restaurant recommendations.

There was no kettle or toaster in our room and it would have been great to have those provided. The appartment that we stayed in was located on the top floor (third floor). Whilst this was fine for us, some people may find the stair climbing challenging (there is no elevator). The wifi connection was a little patchy.

This is a flat within a stones throw of the Old City of Dubrovnik. It's modern, well appointed and very clean. Although it's small, it's all you really need. The reception staff are extremely friendly and clearly want you to enjoy your stay. Although only a few yards from the "tourist-soup" that is the Old City, this is a haven of peace and calm. I would recommend it.

Proximity to the old town of Dubrovnik was the biggest plus for the apartment. The owner, Victor could not have been any more helpful and welcoming. The studio was ideal for a couple and close to supermarket for self catering. The apartment was well appointed.

We did find it a littlke hard to find as the name MirOApartments was not prominent and the numbering was hard to follow.

The location was brilliant, lovely clean room and the staff were great. Highly recommed..

Clean, modern, well-appointed and well-supplied rooms. Very comfortable -- more like a small apartment really.

Struggling here. If I had to suggest any complaints it would be that the counter space for the kitchenette was too small. How's that for trying to find something negative to say about this wonderful hotel!?!

Værten gav en masse gode ideer til spændende ture og gode råd om hvilke busser eller skibe man kunne tage. Især havde han nogle supergode anbefalinger til gode, ikke for dyre restauranter, uanset hvor vi skulle hen. Beliggenheden er perfekt, stille og fredelig, lige udenfor Dubrovniks bymur og 1 minuts gang til byporten.

Boede der I 7 dage, men havde desværre ikke havudsigt, kun kig til muren overfor. Så husk at bede om udsigt!

フロントが午後１２時から１８時まで開いていないので、その時間に着く場合は到着時に連絡をして欲しい旨、- 少し心配していました。しかし、電話すると丁寧な応対で、そのまますぐホテルに向かいチェックインできまし- た。（空港からのシャトルバスが止まるピレ門から、歩いて２分程です） どうやらオーナー夫妻は隣の建物に住んでいるらしく、連絡すればすぐに対応できるようです。 簡易キッチンと明記してありますが、ほとんどフルキッチンです。電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーの他、シンク- もコンロもあります。 お部屋も清潔で、使いやすかったです。 わからない事はオーナーに聞けば、何でも気持ちよく教えてくれます。 本当に滞在を楽しめました。

階段がらせん階段なので、重いスーツケースを運ぶのはたいへん。

저희는 아파트먼트에 4박을 했습니다. 저렴한 가격도 아니고 1~2박 하는것도 아닌데.. 호텔이 아니니.. 청소를 해 줄수 없다고 합니다. 그럼 청소기를 주던지.. 청소를 한번도 안하고 4박5일을 사용한다고 생각해 보세요.. 그럼 가격이라도 싸던지..완전 비추입니다. 제가 묶어던 숙소중에서 제일 비싸고 제일 불친절한 숙소였습니다. 또한 4층인데 엘리베이터도 없습니다.

La ubicación es excelente y el diseño del apartamento muy moderno y agradable. Viktor fue extremadamente amable y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones. Definitivamente lo recomendaré.

Algo que resultaría útil es agregar una tostadora de pan en la kitchenette.

ピレ門から徒歩5分かからない好立地。旧市街やバス乗り場に近い。wifi無料。冷蔵庫あり。シャワーとト- イレ別。寝室とリビング別。スタッフの愛想が良い。

シャワーカーテンがなく、2人目はお湯が出なくなった。冷房はすべてカビ臭く使用できず。値段も高め。受付- に人がいないことの方が多い。掃除が甘いのか、カウチがすべてホコリっぽい。枕が薄っぺらい。ベッドが柔ら- かめ。

Hyvä sijainti, siisti asunto, tilava.

Apartment sijaitsi aivan vanhan kaupungin ytimessä. Iltaisin kuului musiikkia ja muita ääniä kadulta huoneistoon. Korvatulpat auttoivat.

Situation idéale, à la fois proche de le vieille ville et préservée de son agitation, pour visiter et profiter de Dubrovnik et sa région. Deux plages sont accessibles depuis l'appartement à pied, la première de l'autre côté du fort et la deuxieme un peu plus loin à cote du couvent et de l'église Sainte Marie (?). Sans doute une des meilleures adresses de la ville.

I can't say there was anything to dislike. Viktor and Isabelle communicated well with us before and after our holiday. On arrival Viktor showed us the apartment and explained all the places to go, where were located and recommended some restaurants. He was a very friendly funny guy also! The location is amazing. Just a stroll away from Pile Gate and the hustle and bustle of crowds and you are in a quiet side road where the hotel is located. The apartment itself is very well designed and there are a lot of basics provided like plates, cutlery, coffee perculator and the all important wine bottle opener!

We didn't dislike anything about our accommodation or the contact with Viktor and Isabelle.

The location is perfect, just a couple minutes walk from Pile Gate. The studio is well equipped and includes all the necessities (and more). Both Victor and Isabelle were very friendly and welcoming both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for self-catering very close to Dubrovnik Old Town and one street away from glorious cove. Clean, and spacious. Very helpful staff. Had a wonderful time in and around Southern Dalmatian coastline!

The only downside was, for a self-catering property, the range of cooking items was a little lacking (no glass jugs, or anything to mix in, containers to keep food fresh in fridge) and cramped preparation area.
