I liked everything.....The manager went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, as well as the staff.
There was nothing I disliked.
Hotel was by far the best in trogir. We travelled with 24 to trogir and we stayed in the best of all the group. Professional, helpful , new decor, fab bathroom. Food was excellent. Old world charm with new comfort
Location excellent Room Friendly staff Smoking balcony overlooking the outside eating area
Climbing the stairs as no lift
- GREAT PLACE - GREAT SERVICE - NICE BALCONY FOR HOTEL GUESTS TO MEET AS A GROUP OUTSIDE THE ROOMS IN PRIVATE ATMOSPHERE
DURING KITCHEN HOURS THE SMELL OF FOOD WAS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE WHOLE HOUSE
You will find for Trogir that this hotel is a bit more than others. It was well worth it, and an excellent value for the money. After a wonderful week on the boat, a little pampering was exactly what we needed. The rooms were excellent. The bed and linens were stupendous. The location couldn't have been better. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
Great location Good food Friendly staff
This was a excellent choice for a one night stay as I started a two week vacation in Croatia. I was greated by an extremely welcoming and personable young woman. She showed me to my room and even got the hotel waiter to help me with my bags. This was a pleasant surprise after spending 16 hours traveling from the US. The room was recently renovated, bed was comfortable with quality linens and huge pillows, and AC worked wonderfully. My only issue would be there was not a convenient plug to charge my phone. Breakfast was your standard European buffet, but be advised that you can order eggs and toast from the waiter. Location is excellent - not too far from the main city gate which is important if you have luggage - and close to everything. What stands out the most is that this hotel understands the concept of service which after spending two weeks in other parts of the country I found unique. Most places still don't get it.
Missing a convenient plug for charging electronics. Clock in room didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal.
From the first moment when I was met by the lovely Ines at the taxi stop the staff were excellent, my thanks to her, Željko and Neven at the front desk, and Rade, Ana, Ante, Neda et al in the lovely terrace garden restaurant. My room was an escape haven with lots of space, a desk and arm chair, comfy bed and great bathroom with toiletries and plenty of cupboard space. The terrace garden was my outdoor haven where breakfast was served and lunch and dinner! Cicadas were singing in the pomegranate and linden trees. When can I return?
The wifi reception was really poor in the restaurant's terrace, that's all I can find that I didn't like :)
dinner on terrace
limited options for breakfast
Very friendly staff. Delightful hotel. Great location.
The staff were very friendly and helpful - arranging taxi from Split airport for us. The rooms were very comfortable. Lovely outdoor area for breakfast and evening meal.
The hotel is well located in Old Town Trogir. The rooms are air conditioned with big beds and soft linen. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant hosts.
The hotel is quite expensive for what you get in comparison to other hotels and B&Bs in Trogir. Breakfast wasn't great. The walls were thin and you can hear people walking above you.
Very nice, clean hotel in a nice place. Excellent staff, pleasant, smiling, helpful and competent, really outstanding.
Everything! We are so glad we booked in trogir and not the island next to it. Although the parking is a short distance on the mainland staff are super helpful (if you stay on the other island beside trogir there is one bridge and traffic is painful so stay at hotel monika ). Restaurant also very nice ! We were able to do a boat tried into split as well!
Loved everything about it!
Comfortable clean room. Lovely bed. Great position, close to everything. All staff friendly and helpful. . Delightful town.
Nice and clean room, fully equipped
Noise from restaurant during the night
Great location in the center of the old town restaurant attached that sells really nice food Excellent service from all staff especially the manager
nothing really , maybe no lift
Very professional staff. When told that I had to leave at 6 AM for my flight, they were kind enough to pack me a lunch bucket to eat on the plane.
The Hotel is in the middle of the old town so you really feel a part of this quaint beautiful place. The staff went out of there way to make our stay BRILLIANT. Can highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.
The hotel is located at the heart of Trogir. For those who are use to the modern cities with wide and straight roads, the stay at the hotel may be quit interesting. The hotel staff is very helpful.
Getting to the hotel can be challenging, but the hotel staff is extremely helpful.
great staff and good food, nice location.
You could be a better hotel if you can provide a complimentary water bottle, kettle/tea/coffee preparing possibility.
A very charming hotel in a unique place. The staff were delightful and very helpful.
If it were anywhere else it wouldn't be a 4star hotel. I had a junior suite but it had no tea or coffee making facilities and the shower was a stand up in the bath but no shower screen, and in fact not enough room for me to stand up because of the sloping roof. Hotel literature states that each room has a jacuzzi bath...not true, mine didn't.
Outstanding staff and management
