Warm welcome, extreme comfort, great view if in a seaview room. Non sea-view rooms disappointing considering the hotel location...Recommended only if you have a seaview room (and can afford it...) |

Small quiet 5 star hotel which was in a lovely place with lovely sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but not the best I have had in lower star rated hotels. More choice on cooked food would have made the experience even better. Evening meals and drinks were a little expensive |

beautiful area to stay in that the hotel has done a great job of maximizing. breakfast was very good. staff was great. also did not feel nickle & dimed like at some nice hotels (baby cot included, no extra charge for espresso with breakfast, etc.) very comfortable. great balcony and view. quiet, but still able to walk out to things. for a new hotel, things appear to be already breaking. the sensor light in our closet would not go off, so we had to remove the key to cut power to the whole room to sleep. also water accumulated by the door on bathroom floor overnight making it a slick entrance in the morning. we reported it on departure, however, and felt that the staff gave it due concern and would be attending to it. |

The hotel more was a small exclusive hotel. The privacy, decor and overall ambience lent to a great feeling of wellbeing, Every area was finished to the highest standard. The modern stainless steel kitchen was in full view of the dining room, imaculate at all times even while chefs were cooking. Lovely food served on high quality crockery and linen. Beautiful views. Taxi ten mins to old town. |

Location, terrace and view and setting The food in the restaurant was appalling,very poor indeed.A Beautiful restaurant but terrible food at a high price.WE Believe most people eat there once to try it and then not again.I Am going to write to the owner because every other aspect of the hotel was good. |

good location, calm and peaceful. Ultimate cleanliness, friendliness of staff. although the staff was friendly, especially at reception, they need proper training. It was clearly seen that a lot of investment is put into the brick and mortar but not in the training of personnel. Restaurant staff is especially in need of hospitality skills. |

The restaurant was excellent, and maitre 'd very professional. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfportable altho small. The turn down service with chocolate and fresh towels was great. The room was supposed to be a sea view and I could not see the sea. The hotel grounds are not completed so I feel it is not fair to charge full rates. The hotel is located quite far from the old walled city it is necessary to get a taxi each time back and forth. |
