The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant which was excellent! There was no air conditioning in the rooms. Had to sleep with the window open which was noisy due to city traffic and being near the train station. |

Good was the price with splendid breakfast buffet. The hotel is near the center and it is easy to use the hotel as a reference. The elevators really need a new control system.The willingness of the personal to give more service than the basic was limited. We had to ask several times for such simple thing as extra pillow!! Information about facilities at the hotel was alos limited e.g. there was a coofee shop/bar. The could give infomation for things you alreday were infomed about. |

The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous. The bathroom was also nice and very clean. And the breakfast was superb! |

Das Hotel ist an guter zentraler Lage Empfang war unfreundlich, fast abweisend. Frühstücksbuffett war katastrophal (fast alle Tische verschmutzt und nichts abgeräumt und das morgens um 07.30. Der Kellner noch nicht richtig angekleidet, kaum präsent und absolut wortlos) |

Da wir eine Flugverspätung hatten, kamen wir sehr spät im Hotel an. Es gab keine Minibar und keine Gelegenheit Wasser zum Trinken zu bekommen, das Preis- Leistungsverhältins stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht, auch das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Da ich beruflich sehr viel, auch weltweit, in Hotels übernachte, denke ich es auch beurteilen zu können. |
