The facility is a small villa set in the cliffs outside the city of Dubrovnik. The view of the sunset from the patio was spectacular. It's fully equiped for cooking your own food. There were cheerful touches like raspberry sheets and flowers. Even a power converter was provided. The host and hostess were very nice and helpful. The room was spotless. A platform is provided for swimming in the sea. The restaurant across the road is a family owned business that provides very friendly service and good food but is not open till 10 am. It was very difficult to find. The gps could not identify the address and it was not visible from the road. From the address that was provided we expected it to be in the city of Dubrovnik. Instead it was just outside the city. We stumbled on it by chance while asking for directions. The description said it was on the beach but there is no beach. "Beach" means you can walk somewhere. You can't walk anywhere. A bus stops there in the high season but does not stop off season. The road is not at all safe to walk. The restaurant which is advertised is not attached to the lodging but is across the road. The food and service are great but it does not open till 10 am so no coffee or breakfast is available within miles unless you arrive prepared to make it yourself.

Easily accessible with car. The apartment was literally a few steps from the sea which meant that we could just jump in for a swim at any time. Neda, our host, and her entire family, were super friendly. The atmosphere couldn't have been better.

Apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. Owner very helpful and friendly. Could use her private beach area and terrace at Neda apartments which was beautiful.. Access to apt was difficult when driving. Too far from old city. Don.t even consider staying here without a car.

Location is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed each and every minute of our stay (Neda apartments). I'v never had the habit of returning to the same hotel/apartment. Why should I? There is so much to discover.This time I make an exception. I am sure we will return to Neda apartments for a longer stay, so we can enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace and the approximity of Dubrovnik again. As far as I am concerned Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful cities of Europe and the entire coastline of Croatia is so much worth visiting. One advise: make sure you have a car, supermarket etc. are too far to walk.

It is very clean, very lovely place. Neda (owner) is very friendly and helpful. she really tried her best to make us comfortable. around the hotel there is no shops. we did not have a car. Neda took us to market for shopping. She gave us vegetables from her garden. if you have a car it is a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is very quiet and very comfortable, right by the sea. a car is essential.

Large apartment Very bad access to apartment - via very narrow streets. No swimming beach in walking distance. Very minimal air condition in the hallway and not in the bed rooms - very problematic during hot summer nights. Swimming pool was broken.

Nous étions chez Neda. Belle chambre, spatieuse et bien équipée. Propreté irréprochable. Belle terrasse privative dans un jardin bien fleuri, donnant sur la mer. 10 marches d'escalier plus bas et vous êtes sur la plage... Réservée à la clientèle de l'hôtel et des 3 maisons voisines. Hôtel placé en contrebas de la route principale, donc grand calme. A 5' en voiture du port de ferry, à 10' en voiture de la ville de Dubrovnik. Et surtout une propriétaire extraordinaire, d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours prête à rendre service. Nombreux conseils pour les visites dans les environs, qui complètent la documentation laissée à disposition dans la chambre. Génial !

En temporada, los apartment Neda están muy bien para visitar Dubrovnik y no parar en el lío del casco antiguo (dentro de las murallas está atestado de turistas). Ideal para ir en coche. Queda a 7 km de la vieja ciudad antes de cruzar el puente. Los apartamentos están bien equipados y al lado del mar cristalino. Tienen un deck con reposeras y bajada privada al mar para bañarse y tomar el sol bien tranquilos. Neda, la dueña, es majísima y te ayudará en todo lo que necesites. El parking (poco espacio y en una curva al lado de la carretera). Si sales de marcha y regresas tarde tus vecinos habrán acaparado los lugares más cómodos y seguros. El sitio no es fácil de encontrar (inclusive con gps!!) pero una vez das con él y logras aparcar, va todo de maravillas.

El apartamento en el que yo estuve fue el Neda Apartments. El lugar lo regeneta una señora muy simpática y amable. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares desde la terraza (no desde la habitación que yo tuve) y acceso directo al mar desde la terraza. La limpieza un 10. Está a 5 minutos de Dubrovnik, por lo que es muy recomendable si se va en coche, ya que el precio es muy inferior a lo que ofrecen en la ciudad vieja.

Prachtige locatie, appartementen Neda zijn direct aan zee. Verbluffend mooi uizicht. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets van aan te merken. Zeker een aanrader.

La Sra. Neda (Apartamentos Neda) es todo un carácter y muy cordial.Apartamentos con buena vista y junto al mar.Yendo en coche están a distancia conveniente para visitar Dubrovnik. En la oferta se decía "parking gratis privado disponible en el hotel.Necesario reservar".No se ajusta a la realidad.Yo reservé parking, con 2 meses de antelación, pero siempre tuve que aparcar en el borde de la carretera y de forma dudosamente legal.En la oferta se indicaba lavadora( washing machine).No hay lavadora.Lo que en realidad se ofrece es servicio de lavandería, de pago.No es lo mismo; hubiésemos preferido disponer realmente de lavadora.En mi reserva solicité apartamento en planta baja o con el mínimo de escalones posible.Me contestaron que solo habría 10 escalones.En realidad había 19...El apartamento solo tenía acceso y ventilación por la fachada delantera , sin ventanas laterales ni traseras.Teniendo en cuenta todo ello, considero que el precio es elevado para las prestaciones reales que se dan.

Site magnifique face à la mer avec une terrasse privée et chaises longues pour chaque appartement. Le rêve. A la fois proche de Dubrovnik très au calme, les pieds dans l'eau! L'hôtesse, Neda, est très sympathique et prévenante. Rien du tout. En revanche, cet hébergement ne convient qu'aux personnes ayant une voiture car c'est en périphérie de Dubrovnik.

Tutto davvero positivo! Eccezionale la posizione sia perchè gli appartamenti sono direttamente sul mare, sia per la vicinanza al porto di Dubrovnik. Staff gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente. La struttura non offre servizi di ristorazione (c'è un ristorante a pochi passi dagli appartamenti).

Era nuevo y la dueña era simpática aunque un poco alborotada. La ubicación muy incómoda, entre calles y cuesta arriba. Bastante lejos del mar La piscina que se suponía que tenía estaba rota, sin agua y parcheada El parking inexistente Tuvimos que irnos a las 10.30 porque tenía otros huéspedes que llegaban.

Apartement Neda was erg mooi gelegen, de vrouw des huizes was zeer gastvrij en wilde je graag van dienst zijn. We hadden veel privacy en waande ons daar in een klein paradijs met ons eigen ruime terras. De douche is aan de kleine kant, verder was alles perfect!

Apartamento mare muy grande y muy nuevo. Para 6-8 personas sin problemas. Está en un pueblo a unos 7 km de Dubrovnik, demasiado alejado aunque hay autobuses que pasan cerca. La piscina estaba vacía y la propietaria se negó a descontar nada del precio por no poder disfrutarla.

удобные апартаменты для большой семьи или компании со всеми удобствами и всем необходимым. есть паркинг. конкретно об апартаментах "маре": неудобное местоположение. жить можно только при наличие машины. на сайте указано 200 метров от пляжа, а на самом деле метров 400 от залива, где никакого пляжа нет, только пришвартованные лодки и грязная вода. а ближайший пляж далеко (пешком не дойти). как вариант пляжного отдыха - невозможно.
