We actually stayed at Ariston hotel, as a part of the resort, as we got upgrade upon our arrival, breakfast was very good, staff was polite and professional, clean and beautiful beach and room sea view was fantastic, beautiful blue clean see, unbeliavable and exciting beauty everything was indeed excellent |

The customer service here was extraordinary. They were very interested in the enjoyement and wellbeing of thier guests. The rooms were simple, but clean. The beach was very well kept and nice. |

everything was above our expectations: room, hotel staff, the seaside, the green spaces and the location. Few recommendations regarding the restaurant: lunch and dinner offers to be improved. The restaurant waiters were excellent. |

The location is great, the seaside lounges a perfect spot to spend the hottest part of the day, and our room was very comfortable. We had a small issue with our reservation that they handled generously even though it was my fault. I wish we had stayed longer. Very relaxing. We will be back. No complaints. Everything promised (and more) was delivered on. |

Its location in front of the sea, the view, nice and charming. Very clean rooms and nice people. I like everything from this hotel and I recommend it. |

I stayed in the hotel during our honeymoon and they kindly upgraded the room to one of their suites which was large and very comfortable. It had a great view with easy access to the beach. |

Fantastic resort complex. What's more, I came down ill whilst on holiday and the super friendly staff called a local physician for me who did a housecall in my room. I recovered and was able to salvage my vacation. Great breakfast, super staff and the beach view from the restaurant and the beach bar are just great. I will definitely come back when I head to Dubrovnik again. |

perfect location with easy access by bus to the old town, clean room, perfect breakfast, excellent beach area, very attentive and friendly staff it's not that important but would be nice if hotel bar and beach bar extend working hours in the evening |

Our upgrade to a suite was a lovely gesture, the pool area & views over the sea were wonderful. The bus service into the Old City was great & made the old city very accessable from the hotel. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet! |

We had a room high up on the 6th floor with a stunning view of the open sea and islands - wonderful . The food in 'Zoe's' was excellent, if not exactly cheap. The room was described as 'cosy' - that's hotel speak for 'small' - but it was adequate. |

A superb hotel! Clean, stylish and well located. It's got the friendliest and most helpful staff we've anywhere, ever met. From lovely chambermaids to the good-humoured English speaking folks at the reception and the chic lady behind the concierge desk, they all did more than their best to keep us happy. A nice gym, a charming, shady garden. Two pools with breathtaking views to the beautiful Adriatic sea and a possibility to jump to the waves from the rocks. A plentiful breakfast, again with a view. A briskly managed pool bar and a fine-dining restaurant as well. Bus number 6 takes you down town from a nearby stop in just 20 minutes. And don't forget to take an evening stroll to the Lapad pedestrian street along the steep and lush shoreline. When the sun is setting, it's the most romantic path you'll ever walk. Nothing to lame about. The free wifi connection was a tad slow, but that's a minor issue. Would definitely book Hotel Neptun again, and we propably will. They even upgraded us to a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom and a kitchenette suite in the 5 star Importanne Suites building without ever asking. That's awesome, folks! |

I think the food at hotel Mediteraneo is really expensive regarding its quality. Restaurant Zoe on the other hand has good food at reasonable prices |

Had the million dollar view from the top floor onto the Adriatic Sea and the upgraded room included a sitting room and two full baths. Location was a 10 minute bus ride from the hotel but it was wonderful to relax away from busy tourist attractions. Kittens hanging out at the pool terrace were adorable. All great. |
