Hotel Neptun Dubrovnik

Alt fungerede. Receptionens hjælp, alle venlige, dejlig rent, alt smukt, velindrettet, blomstrende.Skønne udenomsfaciliteter, træer, blomster, buske, smukt og dejligt ved pooll og med havadgang, flot med håndklæder fra hotellet. Dejlig morgenmad, hurtig betjening.

Vort ophold kort, 4 dage, vi nåede ikke at savne noget.

everything was above our expectations: room, hotel staff, the seaside, the green spaces and the location.

Few recommendations regarding the restaurant: lunch and dinner offers to be improved. The restaurant waiters were excellent.

The position close to the sea and the service from staff was great

Its location in front of the sea, the view, nice and charming. Very clean rooms and nice people.

I like everything from this hotel and I recommend it.

Fantastic resort complex. What's more, I came down ill whilst on holiday and the super friendly staff called a local physician for me who did a housecall in my room. I recovered and was able to salvage my vacation. Great breakfast, super staff and the beach view from the restaurant and the beach bar are just great. I will definitely come back when I head to Dubrovnik again.

Friendly and helpful staff and a view to die for

perfect location with easy access by bus to the old town, clean room, perfect breakfast, excellent beach area, very attentive and friendly staff

it's not that important but would be nice if hotel bar and beach bar extend working hours in the evening

Our upgrade to a suite was a lovely gesture, the pool area & views over the sea were wonderful. The bus service into the Old City was great & made the old city very accessable from the hotel.

The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet!

A superb hotel! Clean, stylish and well located. It's got the friendliest and most helpful staff we've anywhere, ever met. From lovely chambermaids to the good-humoured English speaking folks at the reception and the chic lady behind the concierge desk, they all did more than their best to keep us happy. A nice gym, a charming, shady garden. Two pools with breathtaking views to the beautiful Adriatic sea and a possibility to jump to the waves from the rocks. A plentiful breakfast, again with a view. A briskly managed pool bar and a fine-dining restaurant as well. Bus number 6 takes you down town from a nearby stop in just 20 minutes. And don't forget to take an evening stroll to the Lapad pedestrian street along the steep and lush shoreline. When the sun is setting, it's the most romantic path you'll ever walk.

Nothing to lame about. The free wifi connection was a tad slow, but that's a minor issue. Would definitely book Hotel Neptun again, and we propably will. They even upgraded us to a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom and a kitchenette suite in the 5 star Importanne Suites building without ever asking. That's awesome, folks!

I think the food at hotel Mediteraneo is really expensive regarding its quality. Restaurant Zoe on the other hand has good food at reasonable prices

Breakfast can be improved

while not the ultimate in luxury, the value for money sure puts to shame most so called luxury hotels, hotels where luxury is measured by the price you pay. this hotel is a great choice for a few days visit in Dubrovnik. while a bus ride out of the old center, the hotel offers plenty when you have inevitably tired of the seeing the old with a few zillions of the usual tour crowd.
