A superb hotel! Clean, stylish and well located. It's got the friendliest and most helpful staff we've anywhere, ever met. From lovely chambermaids to the good-humoured English speaking folks at the reception and the chic lady behind the concierge desk, they all did more than their best to keep us happy. A nice gym, a charming, shady garden. Two pools with breathtaking views to the beautiful Adriatic sea and a possibility to jump to the waves from the rocks. A plentiful breakfast, again with a view. A briskly managed pool bar and a fine-dining restaurant as well. Bus number 6 takes you down town from a nearby stop in just 20 minutes. And don't forget to take an evening stroll to the Lapad pedestrian street along the steep and lush shoreline. When the sun is setting, it's the most romantic path you'll ever walk. Nothing to lame about. The free wifi connection was a tad slow, but that's a minor issue. Would definitely book Hotel Neptun again, and we propably will. They even upgraded us to a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom and a kitchenette suite in the 5 star Importanne Suites building without ever asking. That's awesome, folks! |

I think the food at hotel Mediteraneo is really expensive regarding its quality. Restaurant Zoe on the other hand has good food at reasonable prices |

Had the million dollar view from the top floor onto the Adriatic Sea and the upgraded room included a sitting room and two full baths. Location was a 10 minute bus ride from the hotel but it was wonderful to relax away from busy tourist attractions. Kittens hanging out at the pool terrace were adorable. All great. |

while not the ultimate in luxury, the value for money sure puts to shame most so called luxury hotels, hotels where luxury is measured by the price you pay. this hotel is a great choice for a few days visit in Dubrovnik. while a bus ride out of the old center, the hotel offers plenty when you have inevitably tired of the seeing the old with a few zillions of the usual tour crowd. |

Great views of the Adriatic. The hotel is situated away from the center of Dubrovnik, making it an ideal place to stay away from the traffic and noise of the city. Free parking and wireless internet in your room were great features. |

The hotel is extremely well situated to reach Dubrovnik thanks to the no 6 bus!. The breakfast is excellent and so was our room. Should we come back to Croatia we would certainly stay at the Neptun again and would recommend it to all our friends. The staff is very courteous and helpful. One thing they forgot to tell us: we could have saved some money by buying our bus tickets from the reception!. |

I've been there for one week several days ago. I'm glad with the stuff, room, view, location and sea entrance. I didn't like evening menu in the restaurant Zoe, and breakfast wasn't good for me. But the beach bar serves fantastic cocktails and salads)) |

Beautiful view, clean, free internet and lovely rooms. Employee who checked us in was wonderful, however, the rest of the staff was not overly friendly. The bus stop was very close to hotel and you can buy tickets at the front desk. All in all wonderful hotel, beautiful view and lobby. We would stay again. |

staff in all areas of the hotel were very very friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area was always clean and the location of the bar and restaurants was super, it's lovely watching the sun go down with such beautiful views! Not really a major point, but i would like to have known that there were so many steps in total to get down to the pool level. I'm temporarily on crutches, and a month previously, when we'd thought of coming , i couldn't have managed them! |

Beautiful location on the headland with stunning views. amazing views from breakfast terrace and the sunbathing/pool area on the rocks was beautiful. Great walk into Lapard along the waters edge. Hotel was geared to overnight coach tour stays so lacked a certain atmosphere. A member of staff coming into room every morning to check minibar (when we were in bed) seemed a little excessive. |

The location. The room sea view is wonderful. Some kind of facilities (after check-out, if you want to go to the beach, is possible to have a bath in a room). The breakfast is very good. |

Beautiful suite. Fantastic pool area set amid rocky coastline, only a few steps into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the sea and offshore islands with boats and cruise ships passing by. Free parking in front of hotel. Quiet, rural environment. Easy access to bus to Dubrovnik's Old City from near front of hotel. |

It was uncrowded. Lovely view from bedroom/most rooms. Big choice at breakfast - lovely fresh food. Lovely treats in room. Newly-furbished. Plenty of sun-beds/parasols available. Very clean pools/area. Deep, fresh ocean. Staff all very friendly and helpful, with very good English. Immaculately uniformed waiters. Nice food in restaurant. One tiny, typically English thing crossed my mind: wouldn't it be nice to be able to make tea/coffee in the bedroom when you wanted. |
