This family-run guest house is located in the village of Cvitovic, just 2 km off the D1 national road and the Korana River. Rooms have a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. Each room at Obitelj Paulic includes a satellite TV and en suite bathroom. All rooms have pinewood floors with blue cotton carpets. The view from the rooms is of the surrounding fields. In the garden, there is a covered picnic area with a wooden table and 2 benches. Barbecue facilities are also available. The family's private kitchen can be used upon request. The property is 4 km away from Slunj, with its popular waterfalls and historic mills. The entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park is 30 km away. We stayed at the room with two beds for two nights. The room has balcony and wooden floors which make it very lovely. The room is very clean and quiet. The family is very nice and came to pic us up from the tourist information, The breakfast was great and home made. We had a great experience staying with the Paulic family.

Very nice family run hotel, neat rooms, nice environment. A bit complicated to locate - GPS navigator was not able to find the address, only the own, but that might be my GPS' problem.

Slunj selbst ist ein Traum zwischen Wasserfällen...:) aber der Traum wird getopt durch das Frühstück der Familie Paulic...einfach genial für eine Zwischenübernachtung in den Süden nichts !!!

Чистый и уютный семейный отель на три комнаты, расположенный в сельской местности. Рядом водопады и водяные мельницы в Слуни. Великолепный внутренний дворик с принадлежностями для барбекю. Приветливая хозяйка. Возможно использование общей кухни.

Мы выбрали этот дом по дороге на Плитвицкие озера. Радушные хозяева. Очень ухоженный , чистый и уютный дом. Хорошая кухня, где можно приготовить все, что хотите. Из кухни выход на большую террасу, где мы провели вечер за ужином ,наслаждаясь тишиной и закатом солнца.Окна номера выходили на горы ( приятно , что учли пожелания). В целом нам очень понравилось в этом прекрасном месте. Если быть очень принципиальным , то в номере не было: кондиционера, но он и не нужен в горах, холодильника ( общий в столовой), в ванной было только мыло из косметических принадлежностей.

Staff molto disponibile e parlano bene inglese, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La stanza era pulita. L'aria condizionata era solo nelle parti comuni, le stanze sono piccole e si scaldano in fretta. Magari si potrebbe mettere almeno un ventilatore. Il mini-frigorifero comune non basta per il numero delle stanze, uno grande andrebbe benissimo.

Luogo tranquillo e rilassante. Accoglienza gentile. Entrata indipendente. Oltre la camera, a disposizione degli ospiti una saletta con un piccolo frigo dove poter mangiare o trascorrere momenti di relax. Internet perfettamente funzionante.Due delle tre stanze hanno un bel balcone con vista sulla campagna circostante. Quiet and relaxing place. Internet ok. Very friendly staff. Forse la distanza da plitvice (circa 30 km) ma non dipende dall'hotel

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, aber nicht weit entfernt nach Slunj (5 Autominuten), bzw Nationalpark Plitvicer Seen (ca.25 min). Sehr gastfreundlich, hat uns auch sofort gute Informationen mitgeteilt wo man zb am Bestes was Essen,Spazieren gehen kann, was sehenswert ist usw. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen und unterhaltsamen drei Tage bei Ihnen Familie Paulic

L'affittacamere è situato in campagna quindi molto tranquillo. La titolare è estremamaente gentile, paca poco tedesco, poco inglese e tanto croato ma siamo riusciti comunque a comunicare. Un giorno abbiamo privato la colazione: fantastica. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è anche una connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e super veloce. Utilissimo anche il frigo nella sala da pranzo. Consiglierei un condizionatore in camera, siamo capitati in un poeriodo molto caldo e non sarebbe stato male. La notte comunque rinfresca molto è sufficiente lasciare le finestre aperte.

Przemiła właścicielka, przepiękny dom, czyste pokoje I łazienka za bardzo przystępna cenę. Mieliśmy piękny widok z balkonu. Po wczesniejszym uprzedzeniu, przyjechaliśmy późno (po 22.00) I nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zakwaterowaniem.

Уютная планировка самого дома. Дружелюбная атмосфера хозяев. Природная тишина. В пешей доступности эти самые водопадики в Слуни. Очень колоритно. Отель использовался для промежуточной ночевки с дневной экскурсии по Плитвицам к дому. Все понравилось.

Чистый маленький отель на холме идеально подходит для тех, кто хочет посетить Плитвицкие озера и посмотреть на водяные мельницы в Слуне. В отличии от отелей вдоль трассы здесь тихо и не жарко. Всегда чисто и убрано. Хозяева приятные, отзывчивые.

La ubicacion es realmente hermosa, con una vista desde las habitaciones excepcionales sobre los viñedos y campos sembrados. Si bien estabamos de paso nos dio pena dejar el lugar
