Very good position of the apartment: Big terace with a splendid view directly to the center of the city and seaside. The bathroom was too small.

close to the beach, at the very centre in town Vrbnik, close to the restaurant and bar, dirty bathroom, could not open the window in the bathroom, missing shelves in the wardrobe

It was easy to find the apartment, there was free parking, it was near to the centre, we had a wiew to the sea. We loved it. Nothing. We are satiesfied.

La posizione ottima nel centro del paese. Prima di accedere alla camera, bisogna passare dall'agenzia a pagare e ritirare la chiave. L'agenzia è nel paese vecchio, non c'è parcheggio, solo uno a pagamento. La camera è piccolissima, il terrazzo non è vivibile. Se si deve stare solo per una notte ok, ma per più tempo è impossibile.

Per chi vuole addormentarsi presto c'è da tenere in conto, almeno d'estate, della musica in piazza che arriva forte e chiara, per il resto una sistemazione che vale il prezzo senza essere eccezionale, un bel posto, una camera essenziale.

Très sympathie accueil. Superbe situation de la chambre, juste à côté de la petite place du village (attention aux festivités l'été pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le bruit). Pas très grand mais avec tout ce dont on a besoin, dont un "petit frigo individuel" et même une télé.

klidná dovolená v nekomerčním místě. krásné starobylé městečko, čisté moře, málo obsazené pláže, vinařský kraj, vinikající lokální kuchyně. relativně daleko od pláže (sice jen 5 minut ale velké převýšení, prostě krpál)

Le impiegate dell'agenzia e la proprietaria dell'appartamento sono state gentili e parlano bene inglese. Abbiamo prenotato una semplice camera con bagno, che corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione. La location era centrale, a pochi metri dal parcheggio centrale di Vrbnik. La camera era anche dotata di un comodo minifrigo. Per ritirare le chiavi della camera bisogna passare dall'agenzia Mare Tours situata nel centro storico (ci si arriva solo a piedi) ed il pagamento è accettato solo in contanti nella moneta locale (kuna).

Apartments je umiestnený v centre obce, dostupnosť k službám veľmi dobrá, izba útulná, zariadená jednoducho ale účelne, domáca pani milá ,príjemná a starostlivá. S ubytovaním sme boli spokojný. Jediný malý nedostatok v izbe chýbala klimatizácia.

Wie von anderen Nutzern bereits erwähnt: es handelt sich um eine Agentur, die Apartments von Ortsansässigen vermittelt. Man fährt zu deren Büro, bezahlt vor Ort und bekommt die Adresse eines Apartments. Ablauf war sehr unkompliziert, Mitarbeiter im Büro sehr freundlich (hilfsbereit für Infos aller Art), sprachen perfekt Deutsch und Englisch. Zugewiesenes Apartment auch gut, Lage ganz ok, Vermieterin sprach nur Kroatisch, war aber auch hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war im Zentrum von Vrbnik, einem sehr schönen kleinen Ort; zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu gehen. Leute mit Herzschrittmacher sollten beim Duschen lieber die Schuhe anlassen - Wasserhahn und Dusche standen leicht unter Strom.

Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, vorallem das Badezimmer, welches zudem noch wirklich sehr sehr sehr klein war. Das Warmwasser war auch Mangelware, so musste die tägliche Dusche nach dem Strand mit kaltem Wasser erfolgen! Ich finde auch fur diesen Preis kann ich ein sauberes Zimmer und warmes Wasser erwarten!

The apartment is located near to the town centre and only a short walk from the beach or local wineries. The place was clean and with all the useful kitchen utensils. The owners were unintrusive and friendly. We also had access to free parking space outside of the house. The staff of the local agency were very nice. The apartment wasn't rented directly from its owner but from the local agency which made it quite impossible to know the exact location of our accommodation or the condition of the place. It would have also been handy if we could pay by card since we paid at the agency anyway (unfortunately only cash accepted). There was no air-co in the room and we had to buy a fan to be able to fall asleep.
