I loved the warmth of staff, they really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Fully intend to return. Would give better than EXCELLENT if I could!
It was very central and brilliant for all the bars restaurants
Nothing , if you are not good on your pins not a good choice steps in apartments and to .
The location is perfect for experiencing the old city of Dubrovnik. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and a good value.
great place to bed down after your day exploring and great place to wake up to and start all over again!!!!!. only seconds from stradun, walls entrance, cable car and all restaurants. Even a short walk from the bus drop off point.
unfortunately on this trip my partner had a damaged back and after achieving the steps climb to the apartment, the stairs which were 2 full sets of narrow kite winders were not easy to manage. However, for anyone in reasonable shape, think it would be hard to beat this place and would be top of the list when coming back.
The quirkyness the location , the comfy beds and the eclectic look . I liked how the owner gave you transfer options from the airport and the driver Daniel was so reliable
Nothing it was good value for money. This is not a complaint but if you are not good on your pins it probably isn't the best selection as a few steps are involved inside and out
Good location and clean as well.
The room is so narrow.
Excellent location and an admirable use of the space available; everything was clean tidy and worked.
We are both tallish, so we had to learn to avoid banging our heads on the rafters, but this was small price to pay for a great location
Knowledgable and friendly staff. The apartments are comfortable and the wifi service is good. Great location for access to the Old Town. And the restaurant, Ragusa 2 is very good plus you get a discount if you're staying in the apartments.
The number of stairs you have to climb with your luggage! But it's an old town and it's the same for all the hotels there.
Ease of access. Stylish apartment Beautiful artwork Stunning views to awake to from the low bed Space and light Luxurious shower area.
Everything bad. And even worse was Ana (hostess / manager / owner). Cannot specify because never managed to meet her. Totally inaccessible even on phone when you need assistance. This place is definitely to be avoided.
Very well presented with lots of mirrors, pictures and ornaments. Lovely bathroom too.
Clean. modern well decorated, hot shower and good pumbing. Efficient staff. Perfect location for old town.
Cash only, and refused my card even though we booked with it. Croatian black economy. Cold at night-asked for a blanket which didn't arrive for a second cold nights sleep. Street and neighbours were a bit noisy and the room is dark but it's old town with medieval streets so you should allow for this. I stayed in an apartment outside of old town high on the hill above last time. The view there was awsome and a quiet sleep too. I'd go back there next time.
Lots of stairs, but a central location and the best rooftop view I've seen anywhere. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
It was v central
The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. Ours looked like a junk room, too much furniture stuffed in a tiny room. Very dated and we kept on bumping into things. Just a bit weird. Other rooms looked better but we weren't offered them
Being in Old Town. It is quiter in the evening when a lot of tourists have left.
To get to the place, one needs to climb a lot of steps. Once inside more steps to negotiate . No help with luggage. It is the charm of staying in old town, but not suitable for some people.
helpful staff, friendly the location is super
noise at night until at least 1 am. I didn't do my homework and read about the noise.
Very snakk apartment, shabby
A nice central location that made old town very accessible.
Lots of steps to get to the apartments.
Close to restaurants, and convenient to the centre of the town
The bed needs attention as every small movement made by the sleeper caused the bed to squeak, thus meaning many sleepless nights. Location is very convenient, but climbing 80 x stone steps with 35kg. of luggage is not much fun for a 75 year old
Location location location! Was perfect right in the middle of everything made our few days in Dubrovnik so much easier! And the steps aren't that bad!!! Would stay again
Clean, homely apartment Fresh towels every day! Less than 5mins from stradun, cable car ticket desk and main gate. Excellent, helpful staff Private, good facilities, spotless
Quite a few steps to get to & from apartment. (not a 'dislike' simply observation)
Staff very helpful. She even came back later that night when we couldn't work out how to open the front door - nothing was a problem or too much to ask.
Loved the quirkiness of the room. Management was friendly and accommodating. Must mention Danjiel, the taxi driver that was booked for us. Thank you for the detour! God bless!
Understanding that the rooms are located in an old town city centre and the building itself is probably older than us, we missed a place to put our suitcases in so we could move round freely in our bedroom.
location is great even though you need to climb a lot of steps to get to the hotel.
the room was very small with no light. AC is only upstairs in the bathroom and there is no separation between the toilets and the bedroom...
This apartment was really big, the bed was super comfy, and the decor and bathroom were really lovely and clean. We arrived late, but the staff were helpful and showed us in. The location was absolutely fantastic - just off the main square in the old town.
The only negative is that this was above a noisy bar. So might not be great for people wanting early nights. That being said, it didn't keep us up - the windows had shutters which helped.
