Excellent location. Spacious apartment.

Great place, right in the city center, very clean, fully equiped.

If you stay here, definitely ask for the top floor unit! Great one bedroom with air conditioning and includes bathroom and kitchen! The location is perfect and couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thanks to Tea and Nikša for being the best hosts in the world!!

Nice one bedroom apartment on top floor, good airconditioning, comfortable and homey.

Helps to have a cell phone when arriving, to contact owner to meet you at the Old Town gate. Walk in to apt. was long and hot with rollaway bags, younger people might tolerate it better than we did!

The location was fantastic - right in old town, even if it is a bit comfusing to get to the first time! The owners were lovely - we arrived extremely early from a flight and they allowed us to have our room early which was fantastic!

The bathroom is slightly inconvenient as it is on a different level to the bedroom, but is easily accessible :)

The location was excellent but difficult to find as there were no signs or even a hotel name above the door. The Staff were very friendly and helpful with regards to information about the area and activities available.

One bathroom between at least 8 people was difficult and irritating. As there was no breakfast as an option we asume it was a self-catering which proved impossible as there was no fridge. The window was unable to close as it let out the extrememly loud A.C machine pipe but this lead to very noisy, hot nights whwn we could not sleep. It wa really just a room in someone's house so do not think it is fair to charge the amount they did.

Location! Cost good for Dubrovnik and very friendly owner who came and met us as it's almost impossible to find.

It wasn't an apartment - no facilities, just a bed. As long as you don't mind a room in someone's house with a shared shower and toilet with the entire building (on a different floor). Photos do not match the room we stayed in. Room next door got cleaned very early morning,

I contacted the hotel by email for directions which resulted in a very friendly and helpfull young lady meeting me at the airport bus stop in town! She took us to the house and couldn't have been more helpful, providing tips about Dubrovnik.

Ich bin sehr glücklich mich für dieses Apartment entschieden zu haben. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig, und doch zentrumsnahe. Es ist schön eingerichtet, mit WiFi, Flachbildschirm Fernseher und Geschirrspüllmaschine in der Küche. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder nach Dubrovnik komme, übernachte ich sicher wieder in diesem Apartment.

Su ubicación, aunque hay que decir que para llegar hay que bajar y después subir numerosas escaleras, las calles son así en el cento de la ciudad.

Quizás un poco caro para lo que ofrecen, suficiente, pero nada más

L'appartement est en plein coeur de Dubrovnik, connexion internet dans toutes les chambres et télévision internationale.

Vieille climatisation qui faisait tellement de bruit qu'on était obligé de la couper pour dormir donc chambre vite un sauna. Salle de bain dans la meme piece que les wc et le tout dans 2m carré sur le palier.

Difficile à trouver dans la vieille ville. Rien n'est inscrit sur la porte. Pour info trouver l'adresse puis c'est la porte rouge Toilettes et douche séparées comme décrit mais a l'étage en dessous Pas dair conditionné juste une clim avec appel dair extérieur donc un peu chaud

La situación (está dentro de las murallas). Vas andando al Cable, a la playa, al autobús que te lleva al aereopuerto, etc.

Location and room was very nice. Owner let us leave our luggage there the next day as flight was leaving later and even offered new towels for shower after spending all day in the very warm Old town.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The welcoming was nice et the place was great right in Dubrovnik old town close to the cathedral and the city walls.

The apartment on the 3rd floor of a building situated in the old town Dubrovnik was all we needed. The location was the best we could imagine - right in the heart of the old town close to all sights.Our host Tea was fantastic. And the restaurants offer fresh and delicious sea food. Try also the Croatian wines!

比較的割り高感もあったが、立地が良い上に静かな点は評価出来る。

ダブルルームの場合、キッチンが使えないと言うのが難点。

We loved Tea, the woman working in Old town house. She was so friendly and nice and welcoming. She helped us even via text messages to find the place and gave us refreshments when we arrived. The place is also excellently located in the coolest corner of old town with a group of lovely cats living just on the doorstep.

During the night it was loud because there were some bums drinking outside the hostel and we weren't aböe to close the window because of the airconditioning systems, that affortunately we had! Also there is just one toilet so in the morning, even 6am I had to wait atleast 15 minits to get in. So if you're in a hurry leaving to the airport like us it's a bit stressful.

Appartamento centralissimo, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, dotato di bagno privato, frigo, tv, bollitore, aria condizionata. Consigliato!

In generall everything was ok.

It wasn't easy to carry up two big suitcases on the several steps in Old city and in appartment to the second flour without elevator )) Difficult to find this place. But after phone calling the staff met us near Cathedral.
