Apartments Old Town Selection

I loved my room, especially the balcony. Even it is tinny, and u just see the narrow street and the opposite building, you can cross your legs and take a good rest. if u are two or three and u brought card, u make the fun double. After check out, i bought a swimming suite and go to beach. I swam and did some sun bathing. Even i check out i came back to collect my luggages and also change my clothes. it saves my life and i enjoyed the dubrovnik beach and sun as well as the city. it is quite good opportunity to leave your luggages and change ur clothes if u have a very late bus or plae like me.

There was two single bed on different corners of the room. If u plan to come with ur bf or gf think twice. there was no empty plug to put my phone charger while watching tv. there was no cable extension. that is why i could not use my phone on the bed while it was charging. each floor has one room, and i was on the third one. please noted that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. Please put some cold drinks in the refrigurator or at least a big water cooler(dispenser) on the enterance .

Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff

Not apartment's fault - we had rent a car and the machine in the main parking lot just outside the old town ate our money without issuing ticket. When we contacted parking attendant he was rude and unhelpful, with 'so what?' attitude. Do not put notes in those machines, buy tickets from kiosk or with coins.

The location is perfect. I liked the modern fit out of the apartment, nice, clean, it had all we needed including the washing machine. The hosts were friendly, happy to answer questions and available for help when needed.

The bathroom. I understand space is limited, but i felt crammed, and its very stuffy.

The staff was efficient and provided all the expected services but she lacked a friendly demeanor...for three days she never engaged us in any conversation even though she had some command of English. I have come to expect warm and friendly hospitality when I travel. I was told there were two flights of stairs to climb to the apartment but in reality it is more like four. This was a challenge for me but could create a problem for some travelers.

Checkin is so convenient and the host is very gracious with having fresh fruit, coffee and tea and local treats offered anytime in the lobby. A very comfortable stay, good restaurants and cafes just below you.

3 minute walk from pile gate. Very convenient (close) to Stradum. Budget friendly. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was modest but sufficient. Room has fridge. Room on third floor has balcony overlooking other rooftops. Lean out and peer to the right and see Stradum in the distance...to the left and see the old city wall in the distance.

Very small shower. Apt-3 was quite small. (But you have balcony)

The appartement was very nice but when we arrived there was a smell in the bathroom. After putting some water in the drains, the smell disappeared after a few hours. It can be very noisy in Dubrovnik over night. Party people yelling and screaming.

The location is great if you want to stay in the middle of the Old Town and the breakfast is really nice and the hostess nice and friendly.

There are some steps to climb but this is for most of the apartments within the Old Town so if you do not like steps, get a room outside of that area. The rooms were a little bit run down with dated furniture and bed that was falling apart. It was OK but nothing special and a little bit dark. Next time for that price I would rather stay outside of the Old Town in a better, brighter room with a balcony.

The staff were nice and friendly. We were provided with early breakfast one day we were going on a trip. The bed was comfortable. The apartments were quiet and it was easy to sleep at night

There are a lot of steps the whole way to the apartments, nearly died climbing the steps. Sadly Croatia as a country is a real rip off the tourist spot, everywhere we went we were being ripped off, Hotel Adriatic was not a rip off, however I will NEVER go near Croatia ever again. If you haven't booked your flights yet, reconsider Croatia as a destination.

one of the greatest locations I have stayed in, as long as you don't mind a few steps! Air conditioning in August was a must and was very welcome as was the fridge in our room. The room was clean and comfortable and even with it's very central location it was extremely quiet at night. We stayed in the twin room at the top of the house which is the only room to have a small balcony, perfect for sitting with a pre dinner G&T! Guests are able to use the small kitchen area at any time of the day to make drinks etc. four different home made brandies are also available to try. Also a laptop available to guests. Will definately return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

There are steep stone steps from the main street up to the apartment, we didn't find this too much of a problem but it did take a while to bump our cases up them all, it wouldn't be suitable for anyone less able without help, however this really isn't a negative against the actual apartment. The seating area where breakfast was served is a bit on the small side and quite dark.

It was small and cute and really close to everything. It was like your own apartment and you shared a communal kitchen with the other two apartments. The host prepared breakfast for your every morning and was always friendly and helpful. It was in an amazing location in Old Town and was value for money. It was clean, spacious and I would definitely stay there again. There was air-con, a decent sized bathroom and wi-fi. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Daniela met us on arrival and she was very welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to the . Overall it was a nice apartment but far too expensive, I wish I had stayed in the 5 star hotel in the Old Town.

main Pile Gate and there is a lovely cafe opposite that you get breakfast in. The apartment was modern which we loved but it needs some TLC. The shower was broken, the coffee machine leaked and the washing machine was also broken. The bed was very uncomfortable and if have a bad back as I do then you'll wake up aching! I also think that it wasn't amazingly clean, there was what looked like blood on the bathroom door and a fair bit of dust.

These apartment ts are great, some of the only apartments in the old town you don't need to take evtern stairs to get to them. They are small as all apartment are in the old town, but they have e dry thing you need. I would stay here again.

Fabulous location and great host - added extras such as port and books plus very helpful and responsive staff.

Bed very uncomfortable - too springy and bed linen completely inadequate. This badly let down an otherwise satisfactory room. This has already been mentioned in other reviews and needs the owner's attention.
