The location is incredible, in the old town, for a reasonable price, especially compared to the alternatives. Staff was very helpful in getting a car sorted for us and providing us with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and healthy.

    Location 10+ Good Breakfast!

Very small room, we asked for a duble bed and we received twin, wi-fi doesn't work, small tiny bathroom, noisy all night because no staff is there to ask other guests to maintain a normal level of noise...not as described, the furniture is not authentic vintage, bed is not comfortable...won't go back, there are other options in old town.

The room was just lovely, and in a perfect location in the heart of the old town. The owners even provided home made "brandy" for you to sample! Breakfast was really good. They let us leave our bags here before our room was ready, which was convenient. Altogether most satisfactory.

Be aware the apartment is located up a lot of steps from the main town (not unusual in Dubrovnik).

The room was exactly as shown on the website, though it was on the 3rd floor - wish we had known that - we would have selected a lower floor with our bad knees. But it was very comfortable, clean ironed sheets and towels, fridge, safe deposit box, AC, water heater! The staff could not have been nicer. The full breakfast is served four blocks away at 4-star Andio Hotel, and it was fantastic! Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the city. Dubrovnik is very hilly so be prepared to walk up to reach the B&B. We would stay there again - and we do plan to come back! Loved the city!

A very minor issue... the B&B is called Villa Flora not Old Town Selection which created some confusion when researching it. But we received a nice email from the owner explaining how to enter the hotel, how to pay in euros, where breakfast was served, etc., which cleared it all up.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town but tucked away in a quiet backstreet

Dodgy air conditioning which was either off or on max.

Right in the middle of Old Town.

The description stated that the accommodations were located only two steps up. This is where one of the buildings is BUT our building was one and a half sets of steep narrow Old Town steps and then up three flights of narrow, circular stairs to our room. Disappointing! We selected this hotel because it was easily accessible. PLEASE let customers know of the possibility of LOTS of steps. Would be impossible for an older couple.

The location is perfect, third side alley to the left from the main street when you come through the gate, up a few stairs (not handicap friendly but it is hard to find that in Dubrovnik). Reception and breakfast is located in another house 1 min walk away. Staff is friendly and helpful. They arrange transfer to/from airport (35 euro/one way). Breakfast is ok but not so much variety and we´ve had better omelettes, but anyway nothing to complain about. We booked the day before arrival and got a good price (135 euro/2 nights end of June), but otherwise prices of apartments and hotels in Dubrovnik old town are sky high. Wifi is good. Nice touch that there was carafes of rakija free of charge to taste in the entrée to the apartments. Tips! Nice wine bar located a few metres down the stairs in the same alley (D´Vino).

They dont take credit cards, you will need to pay in cash.

Amazing, helpful and engaging staff that went out of their way to make our stay great. Ivana and Kristina both gave great recommendations, made food to order and were delightful to talk with.

Bed frame was weak and the headboard not attached. Hot water heater and shower are small.

    Nice location.

First I have to say the name on the door is different than what I booked. The room and bathroom and very small, the street is very noisy, furniture is of poor quality and the breakfast is below average. I was disappointed with my stay.

Facilities were in an excellent location, right by the Pile Gate, off the Stradun. The room was very clean, and the breakfast provided is nice. There is a code to get in the apartment, which is very convenient for check-in purposes so that you aren't trying to hunt someone down at odd hours.

The apartment was right in the old town, close to many restaurants. The homemade extras were a treat. Staff addressed our concerns.

Breakfast was in a different location but not far. There are a lot of steps in the old town - just be aware.

Fantastic new renovated apartments in the middle of the old city. Right next to main street so very few steps to climb. Lovely couple working hard to please.

Mezzanine bed, so had to climb stairs. Ok for us but might not suit everyone
