The bright Old Town Suites are located in the Old Town Split, next to the Diocletian Palace and medieval Town Square. It offers elegant interiors, beautiful city or sea views, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. All Old Town rooms are decorated with Mediterranean touches and bright colours. Each comes with tea and coffee-making facilities and a refrigerator. Guests can benefit from luggage storage and shuttle services. Old Town Suites are situated 300 metres from the ferry port, bus and train station. Many coffee shops, bars and restaurants are just outside the building. Lovely room with sea view overlooking the pedestrian strip and the harbour. Fridge in room. It was lovely and quiet in the surrounding area when we were there but i imagine it would be quite noisy in peak season. Friendly staff of the Kastel B&B Parking- the website says parking nearby at cost, but it is on the street parking only if you can get a space in the very narrow crowded street. Meters are by hour until 21.30 but start again at 06.30 which means you have to get up early to go and put ticket on car. Directions- map on website shows old town suites to be a hotel near the kastel B&B when infact it is actually inside the Kastel B&B, we walked for ages trying to find it, there is no sign for old town suites at all. If the website had said that it was inside kastel B&B then we would have known where to go straight away. No lift- not a problem for us but website should mention it as some people might have a problem with 3 or 4 flights of stairs.

In an excellent location, within the narrow alleys of the old city of Split, only a short stroll to the Diolectian Palace and the harbour promenade. Easy access to great shopping and sightseeing. A clean split level apartment with free wireless internet. The kitchen was very small but adequate for basic food and drink preparation.

Modern, clean room with good double glazing! Modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Good location. The suites are walking distance from Split port. Initially the Suites are quite hard to find but locals are very friendly and helpful - The Hotel where the Suites are located is called Kastel 1700 which didn't appear in the booking address - a bit confusing!. We could hear other guests as they went to their rooms.

Jättebra läge. Bra facililiteter såsom kyskåp, vattenkopkare och porslin. Varje dag var det bäddat och vi hade fått nytt porslin och nya handdukar. Rummet städades inte. Eftersom vi bodde fem nätter var det ganska smutsigt sjätte dagen. Den andra servicen var jättebra, men detta var inte ok.

Отличное месторасположение. 10 мин. прогулки до чистейшего пляжа под голубым флагом. Не говоря о том, что живешь во Дворце. Что может быть лучше! Отличная отправная точка для путешствия по Ховатии. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов + булочные + много лавок хэнд-мэйд сувениров. Не далеко парк для прогулок. Приятные девушки работают на ресепшн. Для семейных пар может быть минусом шум с улицы, т.к. окна выходят на несколько кафешек. Для нас это не было особой проблемой. Также стоит обратить внимание, что завтрак не включен и в ресторане, при отеле насладиться утром кофе не получится.

location the apartment was misrepresented...bathroom had broken and rusty toilet seat, the white shower curtain was orange with mildew and mold, windows had no sound proofing so the room was very noisy, bed hard, and uncomfortable

The location in Diocletian's palace with a view of the harbor is excellent! The staff was also very helpful. Old Town Suites was a great place to stay but it was very difficult to find because the sign on the building says Hotel Kastel. Better signs in the square and on the building would help.

シービューの部屋にしたところ、小さめながらも港に面した窓がありました。窓の下は大通りで（とは言っても- 小さい町だからか、トップシーズンではないからか、大してうるさくありませんでした）、フェリーの行きかい- や人の歩いているのを眺めるのも楽しかったです。 部屋もこの値段なら十分な広さだと思います。 液晶TV、冷蔵庫、湯沸しポットがあるのは助かりました。 他の方の投稿にもありましたが、「場所が分かりにくい」というより「看板が無い」のです。「B&B KASTEL」の看板の出ている建物の中にあります。私達は住所を頼りに探しました。 建物の階毎に異なるオーナーが所有しているそうで、それぞれ異なる名称のホテルとなっています。ただし、レ- セプションは共通です。 しかし、看板くらい出しても良いと思うのですが。。。

Nice hotel, good value for money. Air cond was a plus, wasnt expecting this for a 3 star hotel and it was great as it was really hot during our stay. Breakfast really good and cheap. Location was great, in the middle of the Old Town close to Diocletian's Palace. Did not accept payment by credit card.

Centralissimo, personale molto cordiale, pulito, spartano Il bagno era pulito, ma piccolo e scomodo, senza bidet, la doccia non aveva il gancio (si doveva sempre tenerla in mano)
