Free private parking and free Wi-Fi is available at both of Old Town Vrbnik Villas apartments. Each apartment has a garden and barbecue facilities which guests can use. Laundry services are available on request. The Old Town and main bus station is 250 metres away while there is a restaurant 50 metres from the property. An airport shuttle service is available at an additional charge to and from Rijeka International Airport, which is 30 km away. The view was perfect! The house is cute. Hope to visit again soon! Relaxing place!! Parking is not easy in that area.....and the internet is coming and going!

Prijazen gospodar, urejen apartman, lepa lokacija, mirno okolje. Manjka še nekaj opreme, premajhna kuhinja in premalo različne posode.

Самый главный недостаток - это ресторана-пицериия примыкающий к апартамента. Круглосуточный шум и запах, прямая видимость всех окон и веранды апартаментов посетителями ресторана. Наличие ресторана делает совершенно не пригодным использования апартаментов для отдыха. В апартаментах не завершено строительство, не закончена штукатурка стен второго этажа, отсутствует мебель в спальне, недостроенная веранда второго этажа, отсутствует пол и ограждения. Нет ни одного телевизора и кондиционера. Нет барбекю, нет парковки, нет сада и садовой мебели на веранде.

Wunderschöne Lage in der Bucht von Vrbnik Von aussen sehr schöner Baustil. Preis/Leistungsverhältniss bei voller Belegung(8 Pers.)wäre nicht schlecht!Bei weniger Leuten zu teuer Keine Parkplätze sowie Zufahrtsmöglichkeit Gepäck muss über einen steilen Bergweg getragen werden,ca 500 m Räume sehr schlecht belüftet(Feuchtigkeitsproblem) Mottengeruch in jeder Lade. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

De ligging is grandioos; prachtige uitzichten op zee. Lekker ruim huis met veel mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. In de zomer zeker fantastisch. Heel aardige huisbaas en vrouw. Schone handdoeken en frisse lakens en beddengoed. Huis is niet geschikt om in de winter in te verblijven; de slaapkamer beneden is ijskoud en het kacheltje is niet genoeg om het op te warmen. Er zijn twee kacheltjes in huis maar als je ze allebei aan zet slaan de stoppen door. Huis wordt verhuurd voor 8 personen maar eettafel is te klein en er zijn geen 8 eetstoelen bij. Parkeerplaats is paar honderd meter lopen op een stijl pad. Niet aan te raden voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Rioollucht in huis en lekkende WC.
