Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Superb hotel and great value for money. Our room was magnificent and even better than expected for its style and comfort. Hotel has top class facilities and the self service breakfast was of a very high standard. You will find little to disappoint you at Hotel Osejava - the location is also excellent with great views across the bay. The only small complaint was that the hotel pool was out of action during our stay. |

The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was lovely and the seaview room had a beautiful view. Cleaning starting early in the morning and this meant there was a lot of noise outside the room in the corridor. |

I really enjoyed the location. It is great! Right on the seaside, in a very quiet place, next to the park and beautiful wild beaches, not far from restaurants, market and bus station. Really nice rooms, very comfortable and very well designed! I really enjoyed staying in the hotel! I would definitely recommend it to my friends! Food was good, but the same for the whole period. Internet is 6 Euro/hour (however there are some restaurants and caffees with free wi- fi internet connection not far from the hotel). The room did not seem very clean during our stay. And the last, the shapmoo and gel will not be provided to you during the whole of your stay. You get it only in the first day and then you should buy it in the farmacy. No slippers provided, however, the floor is tile and it is quite cold. |

Brand new hotel and is a great location with access to swimming in the sea as well as the pool. Close to the town for shops, restaurants and of course the boats in the harbour Best to ask for a harbour view room as the 'partial sea' view is restricted and not worth it as it infact looks over th pool with a glimpse of sea - harbour activity is much more attractive |

Good location in Dubrovnik. Away from the business of the old Town but very close to a regular bus service that can take you all over Dubrovnik in 10 mins. The pool area is nice but a little on the small side. Would get busy in peak times. |

Great location, very modern design, spacious room, good shower and nice breakfast. We also had free parking which was handy. suffers a bit from over design...there were 4 light switches for the bathroom alone and the glass doors to the bathroom let light into the bedroom from the corridor, which is annoying when you're trying to sleep! |

Nice rooms, Nice area, Nice staff Breakfast selection is quite poor for a 4 star hotel. It was ridiculous that though internet is available it is not wireless and there were only 2 cables in the whole hotel for all of the rooms and thos 2 cables were always at rooms when I asked. For the week we stayed they were unable the repair the second elevator so traffic was always hig. |

Beautiful new hotel. Staff very friendly. Service was excellent in the coffee shop, pizza bar and at breakfast. Safe for solo travellers. Beach very close as is the main Makarska strip. Highly recommend the hotel. |

A brand new and very nice hotel with a superb location - away from the noisy beach. When we arrived the hotel wasn`t finished. We would appreciate if someone told us that via a mail or something. The rooms with balcony are the best if you like to have a drink in the room after a day on the beach. A fantastic restaurant on the hotel with friendly and service- minded staff. The receptionist gave a very bad impression during the week because of her lack of good service. In addition to this we had to pay with cash when we checked out because the system didn`t work. Not an easy thing for us to solve when we were trying to catch a ferry in the morning. Give the correct infomation to the cunstomers when they arrive at your hotel. Do not serve them lies. Further on it is essential that we know that the card- machine doesn`t work. We reminded you twice that we were checking out the next day, but still no one told us that we had to pay with cash. |

The room and breakfast outside were really nice. On the toilet was a paper with: "Desinfected", but it was not clean. Rest of the room was really clean. The swimming pool was not ready yet. There is no carpet on the floor in the hall/corridor, and the cleaning lady walks up and down on her "wooden?" shoes, so it was very noisy. |

L' agencement de l'hôtel est, à notre goût, sensationnel. Ayant beaucoup voyagé dans le monde (et en particulier à las vegas), j' ai très rarement vu un hôtel aménagé avec autant de goût. Certes, il faut aimer le "moderne", mais cela se voit que toute la décoration a été l' oeuvre d' un decorateur.professionnel. Tout est de très bon gôut et tous les éléments d' équipement sont superbes. Encore bravo. Contrairement à certains commentaires sur le site web, le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. |
