That there was no wifi in the room

We went at the end of September and it was quiet, but that was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The a la carte dinning room closed for the season and we were not informed until after it closed. Reception needs to have maps, information if the hotel information office is closed, preferrably in several laguages.

Excellent location (beach and city canter is close, but the place is still quiet). Very good breakfast. Great pools (inside, outside).

Limited parking place in front of the hotel. Wi-fi is available only at the reception/bar

it was very relaxed and quiet. A perfect place to unwind and melt away in the sun.

Nothıng really. Hot water ın room dıd not work for the duratıon of our stay. Had to have shower ın another room. Customer servıce from staff was poor. Would not recommend thıs hotel to any of my friends.

Spacious room, large private balcony, view and accessibility to town.

Hotel information book in English was confusing, e.g., indicating the room is rented from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. Book needs to be edited.

The hotel was nice, but the service from the front desk was the worst I have ever experienced. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Due to their refusal to assist us with even the simplest of enquiries we almost missed our flight. My friend and I are laid back travellers, however this experience was by far the worst I have encountered in any of my travels. We had to walk down the road to another hotel in order to find out which bus to catch to make our transfer. Despite the beautiful location, I would never return to Hotel Pagus.

Not much! There is a spa that is nice enough.

Upon arriving in the room did not look like a 4 star hotel. There were potato chip crumbs on the floor and when we peeled back the old looking bedspread there were body hairs on the sheets. We asked to change rooms and in the next room the shower fixture was broken off the wall and we had to hold the shower head by hand. There was also some old and moldy tile in the shower. We waited to late to ask for extra pillows and were told it was not possible. We waited an eternity to check out as another guest was going through an enormous pile of bills for two rooms and questioning all charges and instead of excusing herself 2 minutes to check us out she made us wait for 20 minutes until I finally insisted.

Dinner is great! So much to choose from - all very delicious. Fish dishes are my favorite!

Helpfull reception staff. Rich breakfast.

pas de savon pour se laver dans la chambre. Jamais vu ça dans un hotel !

Tak naprawde podobał mi sie , pokoj I sauna ze spa. Jesli chodzi o obsługę nie jest szczera I na każdym możliwym sposobie próbowała oszukać lub cos wmówić:( basen płytki, siłownia nie działająca, mieliśmy jedna sytuacje, kiedy w dniu meldunku, pani w recepcji informowała nas o warunkach I co można co nie mozna robić w hotelu,powiedziała nam miedzy innymi ze w pokoju mamy dostępny barek do wykorzystania za darmo:) ze cała zawartość jest w cenie hotelu:) ale gdy opuszczalismy hotel inna pani z recepcji wystawiła nam rachunek za puszkę coca coli , gdyż tylko to wykorzystaliśmy , bardzo nam sie to nie spodobało , bo wątki sposób jest naciągania klienta I wprowadzanie w blond!!!

Nie polecam tego hotelu!!!!

Riktigt dåligt var att det inte fanns någon tvål i duschen. Fanns inte heller att få på hotellet vid förfrågan! Dörren till balkongen var näst intill omöjlig att öppna. Våra kamraters el dörrlås krävde ingenjörskonster för att öppnas!

schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gepflegte Anlage, gemütliche Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit diese auch zum Frühstück zu nutzen, schöner Blick auf die Bucht, kleiner Strand direkt vor der Tür, kein Straßenlärm, zentral gelegen, kurzer Fußweg zum Ortszentrum

lange Wege zum Zimmer, Automatenkaffee schmeckt nicht, Restaurant verströmt Kantinenflair

Très bons équipements (piscine, spa, restaurant, etc...), à 5 min du centre ville, plage à 10 mètres, chambres correctes (sans plus) mais propres. Nous avons souhaité raccourcir notre séjour (raisons personnelles) et cela s'est fait facilement sans souci.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié: - sa situation géographique, près de l'eau et de la plage. - la variété et la qualité de petits-déjeuner; le restaurant. - le cadre et la décoration, agréable et sobre. - les chambres spacieuses. -

Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das à-la-carte Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Der Zugang zum Swimmingpool (innen und aussen) ist nicht optimal.

Var ok, men vid jämförelse med ett annat 4 stjärnigt hotel på ön, hotel Luna island. haltar det betänkligt.

Prostega parkirnega mesta ni bilo!!!! Pokvarjana wc skoljla, dlake v umivalniku.

Goed hotel, beetje onpersoonlijk. Goed voor een nachtje en dan op naar iets anders

Jó elhelyezkedés, reggeli bőséges, szoba kényelmes, tágas.

Négy csillagos szálloda strandján nincs külső zuhanyzó, mely szerintem alapkövetelmény lenne e kategóriában. A bérelhető Algida reklám- napernyők helyett is valami komolyabb illene a szállodához. A reggeli személyzet tolakodóan és zavaróan rendet kíván tartani, állandóan szedegetik ossze a kiürült csészét, tányért stb. A szoba takarítása botrányos, még a törölközőket sem rakják a helyükre, az erkélyre pedig csak azért lépnek ki, hogy a fémkorláton száradó strand-törölközőt ledobják a földre. Lenne hely egy kisebb szárítóra, de legalább a szék támlájára is le lehetne rakni, ha zavarónak tartják a kiterített törölközőket (erre egyébként semmi nem utal).

Jednotvárné snídaně. Výběr poměrně solidní, ale každý den stejný. Málo zeleniny!
