The friendliness of the staff was the high point. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who spoke great english - she made us feel extremely welcome. We were offered a glass of home made wine and a taste of a delicious local dish for lunch - on the house (that doesn't happen often). The bells! Beautiful as Trogir is, the church bells go off what seems like every fifteen minutes. The morning greeting is at 5.30 - not just a chime or two - a cacophony! Earplugs didn't cover it! |

Staff were just so professional, nothing was too much bother. The rooms were exceptionally clean and such a great location. |

The location is good for visiting the sites in Trogir and proximity to Split Airport. Staff were friendly and informative. Standard of the room that we had was poor, there was a distinctly musty smell and was not comfortable in the slightest, particularly the bed, which was of a very poor standard. I would struggle to rate the hotel as a 3 star, think it's more on the 2 / 3 star border, and is relatively expensive for the level of service / comfort provided. |

It was quiet, picturesque, convenient for parking, with a nice and helpful staff. Trogir is small and you cannot drive on most of the island, so the location is excellent as it located just as you come onto the island and the parking is almost right in front of the hotel. Maybe they could have more fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet. There is a nice farmers' market within a a few hundred feet of the hotel that sells beautiful fruit. |

Loved the Palace de Rossi. One suggestion. Our room had a dropped step between one section and the next. Beige stone floor melted into one visual space and I took a flying leap and gigantic fall. I suggest a colored rug or something to mark the step. |

Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful, rather than give directions I was escorted. Car parking good. The Bookings website states wireless internet available throughout the hotel - not true, there is NO internet at all. Shouldn't bother most, but I was working and it was essential. TV was complicated and not that good. |

El personal muy atento. Ubicación excelente. La decoración y el edificio es muy acorde al estilo de ciudad. Por decir algo, que no hay ascensor y que a partir de las 10 tienes que acceder por un callejón bastante oscuro. |

旧市街の入り口に位置し、立地は最高。ちょっとした民家のようなホテルで、雰囲気もグッド。パティオでは洗濯物をほしていた。難点はエレベーターがないこと。重い荷物を４階までもって運んだ。 エレベーターがないこと。でも、それは仕方ないこと。朝食がちょっと質素かな？ |
