The rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The location was great since it is exactly located at the centre - with many attractions. The room had no natural light coming through the window. The breakfast was too simple with no variety. Getting to the hotel is cumbersome, therefore my recommendation is that they should have a map up on their website so that guests can reach there without complications.

The lady who runs palace suites was very welcoming, she was very helpfull. She told us all the best places to visit, eat and shop. Without paying too much. We arrived early in season and the renovating wasn't quite finished on a couple of the rooms, so we were upgraded. The lady brought us a gourmet breakfast to our room, which had fresh strawberries from the market, and pastries still warm from the bakery.

The Palace Suites was located right in the heart of The Split Palace and is not accessible by car, so just be aware that you need to walk to the Hotel which is only 10 mins. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Neeva went out of her way to let us know the best places to eat and visit, which was invaluable. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, however it can be a little noisy because of it location. The amenities of the Palace Suites were fabulous and we would definately stay there again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us while we were staying with you.

Palace Suites has a fabulous location and the price on booking.com was excellent. The breakfast, served in the room was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Above all else, the staff is tremendous. Very considerate, knowledgeable and willing to talk. We will return.

The location was perfect and the room and amenities were close to the best of our three week trip. The staff were especially friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms are not conveniently set up for taking breakfast in them but this a very minor matter.

Great location near the palace. Wonderful contemporary design, all the comforts plus reception person who could tell you all the ends and outs of Split and surroundings. Lush towels, delightful views overlooking the People's Plaza, just a few meters from the bay and restaurants. Three thumbs up!

Location is perfect. Room was sparkling clean and super modern - brand new tv, brand new a/c, VoIP phone. Staff was helpful. No elevator, luggage should be carried along many stairs. We didn't care about that, but some people might find it disturbing. Parking is far (15 min walk) and a bit expensive (100kn per day), but not hotel's fault.

The rooms were a good size clean.Breakfast was brought to your room and it was a good continental breakfast.The staff were very helpful suggesting restaurants and booking them for you.Advised you what was worth seeing in Split. The stairs would not stop me staying there again. It had stairs and carrying bags up to the third floor bit of a pain .But you have to execpt this with old buildings in old city areas.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we needed help locating a Pharmacy on a Saturday and the person on duty was really helpful in finding one that was open. Breakfast was delivered dead on time which was fortunate as we were tight for time having to leave for the Airport for an early flight. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean with a large shower cubicle in a large en-suite room, it had a large comfortable bed and 3 seater settee. The Air-conditioning and double Glazing were both very efficient. We were overlooking the square in the old quarter, but as it is an old building and could not have a lift fitted so ascending the three long flights of stairs could be a problem for the disabled or infirm.

Quite expensive but paying for location - and the location is excellent in the heart of the old town. The hotel is also a little difficult to find but we got there after after circles of the square! The reception set up could be better - it feels like you are entering someone's home rather than a 4* hotel.
