Ny designinredning i rummet.Absolut centralt hotell. Obefintlig reception. Skräpig, otrevlig ingång.Rörig personal.Dåligt städat rum.Ej betalning vid hotellet.Liten frukost. |

The location is the best in Split, right in the center of the piazza making everything you need within walking distance. The suites were very comfortable, and clean. As well, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had an excellent experience staying at the Palace Suites and would recommend to anyone staying in Split. |

Wonderful place to spend your time while in Split. Palace Suites has the best location for travellers who like to be in the center of the city. It is so conveniently located that everything I needed was in walking distance, which I value when I travel. The room put a smile on my face when I walked in due to the ancient brick wall theme which gives it a pleasant aura. The rain shower in the washroom was unbelievable. I plan to put one of those in my own washroom after my stay at Palace Suites. Excellent hotel, no complaints whatsoever. |

The rooms were amazing for the price they were offered for. The location cannot be better, as Palace Suites is located within the walls of the ancient city, which is in downtown Split. I could honestly say I could not find a single thing about the hotel that I was not satisfied with. I now know where I'm going to stay the next time I travel to Split. |

Old world charm,with modern update. Location is right in the palace grounds. The harbor ,flea market, vegetable market,fish market, lots of shopping are all just out your door. Beautiful seaside location. I'll definitely go back. |

Best place in town! Very comfortable and luxury style. Perfectly located at the main square in the middle of the palace district. Nice! |

excellent customer service; personalized assistance, extremely helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, modern amenities, comfortable beds, very clean. a few finishing touches have yet to be done as the hotel just opened. the main odd thing was payment - to pay by credit card, we had to walk across old town to their main office. i imagine these are small kinks that will be worked out in the near future. |

The location of the rooms and the decor As previous reviewers have stated the suites have accepted guests long before it is ready to open and should not be charging the full price whilst "practising". "Reception" is in what appears to be a family living room which is cluttered with personal belongings/clean laundry. This is also where the haphazard breakfast is served. Breakfast was served on a settee shared with several other guests while staff rummaged in cupboards to find glasses and cups. Juice was served by placing a carton on the table for guests to share amongst themselves. To pay by credit card still entails walking to another office several minutes away as there is no facility to do this in the suites. Certainly not what I expected from 4 star boutique accomodation!! |

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful and once you got to hotel it was in a unique location. It was not ready to open. Light fixtures were not installed in bathroom, wireless internet and tv did not work, breakfast arrangements with restaurant across the street had not yet been established, and no credit card machine on site. While hotel says there is no parking does not state that there is no parking in the old town at all that parking must be at train station. Proprietor while acknowledging all these issues still charged full price for accommodations. Very much feel like stay was used as a trial run for occupancy and was charged full/high price for the experience |

Sa situation parfaitement au centre de la vieille ville; son aménagement tout neuf. L'entrée de l'immeuble quasi sordide et le manque d'ascenseur. TV : un grand écran plat mais que la TV croate. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner étaient franchement mauvaises ! Nous recommanderions sous les réserves ci-dessus |

De dames waren van vrolijk. De kamer was erg mooi en modern. Je zat heel dicht bij de 'oude "stad. Wij vonden dit geen hotel. Meer een verhuur van een kamer in een appartementen gebouw. geen receptie, geen lounge, geen enkele faciliteit, geen pin mogelijkheid. Ontbijt stelde helemaal niets voor.Het trappenhuis (waarover geen enkele melding) was op de 1e trap voorzien van enge matjes die steeds verschoven op de treden. |

Sus vistas. Su cercanía al Adriático. Los gatitos en el área donde se come. En Europa, lo que aprecié allí, desde el punto de vista de la legislación sanitaria y tenencia de animales en lugares de restauración, sería punible. Nada más, y sin acritud. |

No es el tipo de hotel que buscavamos... un desastre Muy incomodo porque al ser un edificio antiguo enmedio de Split, no puedes llegar en coche y tienes que subir muchas escaleras. De las dos noches, solo estuvimos una. |

Excelente ubicación Publicidad engañosa, muy caro paro lo que realmente es. No dispone de servicios minimos: recepción, comedor, el pago tuvimos que realizarlo en un hostal de la ciudad. Se limitan a hacer las camas y poco más. No funcionaba ni la TV. No os fieis de las fotos es pura apariencia. |

La habitación, comoda y bonita. La ubicación es muy centrica. No es un hotel como tal. No hay una recepción, ni servicios propios de un hotel. Se trata de un edificio con habitaciones reformadas. El servicio no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada. La limpieza diaria consistia en hacer la cama. |
