Fantastic location and facilities. After 3 weeks of travel we arrived in this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful massage and spa. Very polite and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet too! Can't think of a thing....other than it was too short of a stay!

Very easy to reach by public transport, easy to visit the city by walking. The staff personal it was very friendly and approachable. Breakfast it was simple, but very good. Young friendly staff at the breakfast. Good thing also it was quite to sleep, not noised at all as we all expect. I have to write this: No smoke room it was smelling like a dirty ashtray. The toilet it was old and ugly, hot water took long to come out, no door locker at the toilet. Complimentary internet connection with a extremely low signal at my room, always disappearing. The closet door doesn't opened fully I couldn't reach the safe-box. The worst part: No signs of "Do Not Disturb" to hang out the room door. Also no power outlets to recharge my electronic devices, it was available only one across the room, no power outlets beside the bed. The power outlet from the toilet it was not working either. Honesty: I don't know how they could be rated as 4-stars hotel. Disappointed.

Reception desk, breakfast Despite saying 4stars, the room I received (nr. 122) is very old, noisy, and to reach it you have to go through 3 stairs (up and down). Very painfull if you have luggage. Multiple rooms are in this configuration...

great location! incredible breakfast! great room! quiet at night! great staff! cleaning person was wonderful! first morning had odor in room think that came through vent from kitchen! like bad airplane food smell! told staff who were like perplexed! but after that morning no problems! think a vent fan wasn't working somewhere!

Classy old hotel, beatiful interior, welcoming atmosphere, professional service The restaurant is far too pricy and the waiters there too slow. But you do not need to go there; there are plenty of other nice restaurants and bars in the city centre. Just it is a loss for the hotel that guests have no place sit in the late evenings

Central location - 3 minutes walk from historical center and shopping streets.Nice breakfast. Nearby parking is available but not guaranteed - could be a problem in a high season. Some of the bathroom appliances need refreshening.

The breakfast is varied and tasty, although they don't provide too many vegetables. Very out of shape and out of date hotel, it need refurbisment like yesterday! It feels like communistic 80's! The price is way to high for what those rooms look like! The parking is an outrageous issue: they charge 18 euros for parking the car on the side walk next to the entrance of the hotel! And they don't tell you this but at the check out when you ask why is such a high price on the invoice!!!! Thieves!

I liked everything about it. Excellent and extremely helpful staff. Lovely room, comfortable bed, entire hotel spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities. Ideal location. And the best breakfast I have ever had!

I loved the building itself, it feels authentic and what you'd expect from a Zagreb hotel of its era. The room was quite small but perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we didn't try the main restaurant. The location is excellent. The gym was a little smaller than we'd expected.
