The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the Zagreb train station, and also a 10 minute walk to the town square. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are nicely appointed. Breakfast, included, is excellent. Highly recommended. |

The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable (is important for us because of back-pain if matras is not good), we got a very good tip for a restaurant in the old town (I forgot something like Avica i Marika next to an ice shop with the same name, almost on top, on right hand side when walking up the street with all the restaurants), the hotel's location is very central, just a 10 min walk to the street... The room was relatively small (but I didn't mind). Old classic chique style, which I didn't mind, but can imagine it attracts old people ;). The lunch in the hotel restaurant didn't give much choice (no salads, just 3 soups and some pasta meals I remember). |

Just about everything, especially the staff. Great location and sympathetic decoration throughout. Stairs and small lift, but this is to be expected in a hotel of this age and layout. |

convenient location. tran stop is just right in front of the hotel. easy walk within the city. Very close (1 tram stop or 3 min walk) to Railway station. Good breakfast selection. Twin room we stayed was a bit small. But it maybe the standard size in Europe.... |

The breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom was large and very nice, although the shower compartment/bathtub was not water proof when in use. The location of the hotel was fantastic! I thought the rooms were a bit dated - it was like walking into an antique shop with old fashioned furniture. There was no body lotion provided as one would expect in 4 star hotels |

The cafe/restaurant The darkness of the bedroom. The view on to the light well. The noise of the aircon units in the lightwell. The noise of rain on the tin roofs over the aircon units. I was booking a posh hotel! |

Extremely well situated for visting main attractions in Central Zagreb. We arrived well before the check in time and an extremely polite and friendly gentelman at reception said he would be able to assist us with giving us our rooms immediately. Much appreciated after a long trip. |
