Nej. Det hade varit trevligt att få ett rum med större fönster och finare utsikt, men de rummen kanske var en prisklass upp (vi bokade standardrum).

Loved the comfort of the room ,and the decor and great beds .location was perfect for getting around on foot and being able to go back to a comfortable room when ever you felt in need of a rest. We used the breakfast room as well as the restaurant all great satisfaction. As we were leaving very early in the morning the staff laid on a carry out breakfast very nice touch

Well located for both the city centre and rail transport. We had a comfortable room overlooking a quiet side street. Staff welcoming and efficient. Breakfasts of a very good standard; even schnapps and sekt are on offer! We also thought the residents' special offer menu in the cafe-bar was good value and very well cooked and served.

No negative impressions, would happily return.

The location made it easy to get to all the sights and events, yet it is out of the crush of the plazas. I loved the dark wood and art nouveau interior. The morning meal (the only one I purchased with the room rate) was outstanding.

Thank you staff at the Palace Hotel Zagreb, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was exeptionally helpful and friendly. We enjoy travelling and have been to hotels where the staff is quite unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was comfortable, well situated and the food was goood. We hope to see you again.

Palace Hotel Zagreb is in the city centre, everything was really close. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Wifi worked really well. Everybody speaks English well.

This is the dirtiest 4 star hotel I've ever been to. I guess it was the only luxurious hotel in town in the 1970-1980s and it was probably last renovated at that time. There are still smoking rooms. These rooms are not separated from the other rooms but you can find them all over, so basically the whole hotel smells smoke even if your room is non-smoking. The maid did not vacuum clean the carpet at all and I saw her cleaning the bathroom floor with my used towels, which did not really seem a healthy practice even if those towels were washed afterwards. There was a very light comforter only and because the windows did not close properly it was quite chilly during nights.

Very good location

The hotel is occuping an old building, which has very bad room distribution - after I got to my floor with the elevator, I had to go down some stairs, than up, and than up again to get to my room. Bathrooms are old and toilet taps are very noisy. Not good for sleeping. Parking is more expensive comared to other hotels in the area.

I am a repeat visitor at the hotel and will probably stay there anytime I am going to be in Zagreb. The location, the staff, the breakfast buffet and overall service all are top notch and collectively worth the money spent.

Hotel with tradition. Central location. Friendly stuff. Nice rooms and perfect breakfast. Famous city caffe in the basement. Just everything excellent!
