Palace Hotel Zagreb

Otelin merkezin dibinde olması çok büyük bir avantaj.. Fiyat ortalamanın üzerinde olmasına rağmen paramızın karşılığını aldığımızı düşünüyorum. . Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi,odaların temizlenmesi ve hizmet de oldukça iyiydi..

merkeze yakın olması,yürüyerek bütün turistik yerleri gezme imkanı,bütün ulaşımlara yakın olması,örneğin önünde tramvay durağı,yürüme mesafesinde tren garı oteli avantajlı kılıyor.

önerim:oraya gidişte sadece taksi imkanından bahsedildi.biz de bilmediğimizden taksi ile otele gittik.ama dönüste otelin önünden tramvay ve oradan da otobüs ile havaalanına cok rahat ve çok daha ucuz bir fiyatla gittik.sehre giderken de aynı yol cok rahat kullanılabilir.bu yol ve fiyatı da bahsedilirse daha iyi olur.

Temiz, merkezi, zengin kahvaltı büfesi.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and could not do enough for us. The location was excellent, right on a tram stop to the centre, although it was only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Breakfast was good , the bar was well stocked and the room was spacious and comfortable. All in all an excellent hotel.

The 19th century european charm. The fact that we received a free upgrade to a suite at the front of the hotel. The fabulous views over the square.

Very good quality accommodation with professional, friendly and expert staff. It was like stepping back 30 years to when things wee done "properly". Excellent location.

It's a bit like a maze -- I had a very long walk to my room. Room was small. The shower got water all over the bathroom.

the palace was comfortable but facilities were lacking ie no coffee making facilities hotel was central to Zagreb

The staff outside helping with parking were quick and helpful. The location was lovely next to the park and quick walk into center.

There was an aweful smell in our room which the staff did nothing about and ruined the impression from our short visit.

the location is great! beautiful building from the outside. good breakfast.

the room was sprayed very heavily with a bathroom anti-smell spray. i guess it was for the smell of smoke. maybe a smoker was in the room before us. the smell was quite unbearable.the room is very small. barely able to walk around the bed.
