Hotel Palma

The hotel was clean and the room a good size, with good sized balcony and a TV. It is near to the beach, which is beautiful, and it is possible to use the hotel of hte neighbouring hotel.

The hotel, although confortable and well set, was dated and in need of modernisation. We stayed there in September, the resort was quiet and there was little to do there in the evenings. The resort the hotel is located in is about 15 mins on the bus from the town centre / bus station. It costs about 11 kuna one way if you buy a ticket on the bus, and it seems that you take the 2a to get there and the 3a to get back into town (buses don't run too late into the evening so you may prefer to get a car).

Staff was okay. Internet was in the lobby, like they advertise. I don't understand why other people are upset they did not have Internet in the rooms. Furniture doesn't look like the Comunist era, like someone else said, it looks 90s, but this wasn't a problem for me, as I used the hotel just to sleep. The beds were very comfy. I slept very well.

I wanted to stay an extra night and they couldn't offer the same price unless I made the reservation over booking.com, which I did with my laptop. It didn't bother me, but it just sounds silly.

I liked the fact that it was very easy to get into pula from the hotel as the local bus service picked up from a stop at the enterence of the resort complex (about 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel) , this is also where the pickup point was for any excursions that i went on (Venice & Plitvice National park). The staff where helpful and friendly (remember they are trying their best and having to cope with many languages). The room was clean, even if the furniture was a little tired. Breakfast was good, with a wide range of hot and cold foods. the hotel is at one end of a street which has around 4 or 5 sit in cafe bar/restaurants & a pizza slice takeaway, there is a supermarket & 3 or 4 beach/gift shops and oddly there is a tattoo parlour.

the only things that really stand out are no air con and no fridge in the room.

Although I did not use any of them, there appeared to be a lot of facilities available at the hotel or at the resort for people of all ages to use.

My room did not have air-conditioning which I think is a disgrace for the price I paid for a hotel in a location which consistently records temperatures around 30 degrees in the summer.

The hotel staff was very nice. Very nice view and location. The room was very clean.

The furniture is quite old and the elevator makes strange noises.

Free internet, cheap price, free parking

Not easy to bring luggage up as there were 20 stairs at main entrance and no back way to carry it up. Room was very smoky even though it was non-smoking and although we had a view, we also had a restaurant with chain smokers smoking and talking till the wee hours of the morning and no air conditioning or fan and it was so hot we had to leave the door open to the outside.

I enjoyed the nice pool facilities, the big room with the great view and the quite nice breakfast.

Some of the staff members were incredibly rude.

Hotel all'interno di un complesso molto bello simil villaggio turistico con accesso al mare.

Receptionist veramente carenti dal punto di vista professionale.quasi disturbati dalle nostre richieste di informazioni.e' difficile credere che in istria non si capisca l'italiano.

hotel vecchio,di fronte all'hotel histra con cui condiveide alcuni servizi è in pratica la sua parte più economica ma è tenuto in condizioni non eccezionali

Schöne Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit, ausreichend Parkplätze, guter Zugang zum Meer, schöne Bucht wo man gut baden gehen kann, sehr vielfältiges Sportangebot,

Personal wirkt unfreundlich, Fünf Minuten nach 10.00 Uhr wird man aus dem Frühstücksraum rausgeschmissen, obwohl man nichts mehr nach nimmt bzw. die anderen Tische noch nicht alle sauber sind, Putzfrauen unterhalten sich in der Früh (ab ca. 6.00Uhr) sehr laut bzw. arbeiten lautstark, die Pässe werden im Rezeptionsbereich für jederman sichtbar aufbewahrt - es wäre hier nicht schwer Pässe zu entwenden!

Einfache und problemlose Orientierung im Umgang mit dem Hotelpersonal, reichlich Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen und auch qualitativ in Ordnung, gute Lage in Strandnähe und trotzdem ruhig, schöne Aussicht zum Jachthafen
