The service and facilities were top class. The breakfast served at the terrace was very good. The hotel is located close to the water (about 30 meters), but you have to walk a few hundred meters along the beach to find a good spot, this was nothing that we found negative. It is really easy to travel to and from Split, with the local buses or the private shuttles Dalmatinac (same price, 12 Kuna), and it takes about 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic situation. The owner does not speak english, but speaks german. It is still not much of a problem since the cleaning woman speaks english and were very helpful. We can strongly recommend this accomodation!

Small house in coast, 1 minute to sea, beach pebble and sand. Bus stop also 1 min walk. 15 min to Split, 20 to Omis by bus. Affable personal. Clear and change towels everyday.

Paikka on maantiemelulta suojassa, 50m tiestä rinteessä, rauhallinen. Hotelli on tiptop kunnossa joka päivä. Sopii erinnomaisesti pariskunnille. Omistaja rouva Mila on aivan mahtava henkilö, iloinen, avulias ja joustava. Työntekijä Maria on ahkera, avulias ja hyvän kielitaidon omaavana antoi monta hyvää tippiä matkaajalle, mihin kannatta mennä ja miten sinne pääsee. Aamupala loistava hienolla näköalalla ja huone kunnossa heti. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet joka paikkaan, paikallisliikenteellä. Suosittelen. Kiitos! Hvala lijepa!

Ainoa, mitä voisi parantaa olisi parvekkeella kevyet väliseinät eri huoneitten välillä.

-Málo prostorný pokoj a velmi malá koupelna s nevhodně umístěnou toaletou! -Okolí penzionu nenabízí pro turisty nic zajímavého,žádné kulturní vyžití,do města je pěšky příliš daleko. -Pláž je spíše podprůměrná

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren relativ klein - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch absolut ok

L'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire: l'air conditionné, un frigot, une salle de douche à l'intérieur, une télévision avec 700 chaines, un balcon. La chambre est très propre, rangée chaque jour. L'étage n'inclut que 3 chambres. Une terasse commune est disponible, l'eau froide en disposition permanente dans la halle commune en quantité illimitée (important pour un pays de canicules permanentes), le parking free of charges directement sous les fenetres, - et tout ca pour un prix très modeste. Le petit déjeuner abondant et diversifié (inclu dans le prix affiché sur booking.com).

L'isolation sonore entre les chambres (1 et 2) n'est pas parfaite. Cependant, les propriétaires demandent de respecter le silence et le maintiennent bien.
