La simpatia dello staff.

Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla definizione di "favoloso" di booking naturalmente giunta dai giudizi prcedenti....secondo me il giudizio è formulato solo dalla simpatia dello staff o perchè molti onde evitare commenti negativi non hanno preferito rispondere. Per la somma pagata si ha un "non hotel" ma un bed and breakfast vero e proprio. Lontano dal centro, lontano dalle spiagge (serve la macchina) , no ascensore (portare valige a mano fino al terzo piano), no cassa forte, tv micorscopica, no frigobar! E come un giudizio precedente non funziona la carta di credito!!! E il titolare dice che la cosa gli è strana!!! Con gli stessi soldi andate altrove! Tanto qui è come prendere un appartamento a 130 euro al giorno!!!!! Mentre si possono avere a molto meno in riva al mare....premetto sono sempre molto buono nei giudizi!! Ma qui si è andati oltre....dimenticavo...colazione scarsa!

Hotel carino e con personale disponibile ideale per la visita delle diverse spiagge dell'isola di pag. Stanze piuttosto piccole ma pulite. Buono anche il ristorante dell'hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel, non proprio centralissima, ha il vantaggio di stare più tranquilli di notte. Comunque il centro si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, solo per trovare una bella spiaggia bisogna caminare 20 minuti. Tutto lo staff è gentile e parla benissimo l'italiano. La prima colazione è ottima e molto abbondante, con questo si giustifica il prezzo un po' più alto rispetto ad altre strutture.

La possibilità di parcheggio in un quartiere dove lo spazio è ristretto ed I cantieri aperti sono tanti, la pulizia della stanza.

La colazione disorganizzata e con poca scelta. Alla partenza, nonostante su booking fosse indicata la possibilità di pagamento tramite diverse carte di credito, è stata preteso il pagamento in contanti, cosa complicata data la somma non proprio irrilevante. La pensione si trova in un quartiere in cui, in questo momento, ci sono molte case in costruzione, perciò il rumore, per quest'estate almeno, è assicurato.

Excellent hospitality! Clean rooms, clean sheets, excellent services and a good location. Family run hotel, they are all very friendly and welcoming. We received a welcome drink when we first got there. We were short of time in getting to the bus station so we were offered a lift free of charge. I haven't anything negative to say... worth every penny!

The staff was very accommodating and couldn't be friendlier. They made us all feel very welcome.

Great location. Staff were very lovely and accommodated our needs as a large group. Quiet, modern, friendly place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at pansion comfort bok was exceptional. We were looked after very well by the Miskovic family especially De'an who brought us anywhere we needed to go in his van, including late night hospital visits and shuttle to the bus station. The food was delicious and the menu varied. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a beautiful spread of fruit, ham, cheese, bread, cereal, yoghurt, pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking, I.E. omlette and is served in a spacious dining room surrounded by olive trees and flowers. The family were relaxed, pleasant and always willing to help us with anything we needed, often without being asked. I would recommend pansion comfort bok to everybody.

Slightly expensive for one week holiday but worth every penny.

This hotel has the friendliest staff you will ever meet. Smiling and service- minded - if you have a question or need anything, just ask them. They know everything you need to know. For breakfast you will get bread with different sandwich spreads, juice, coffee, cereals and your own fruit plate to each table. If you want, they will also make you an omelette or eggs. You can lend the computer in the restaurant for free if you need the internet. Also, the hotel has its own pick-up service and they will most certainly offer you a ride to wherever you want to go, or a pick-up from wherever you're at. The cleaning of the rooms was great! At our arrival, the glasses in our bathroom was desinfected as well as the toilet seat. Everything else in our room was neat and tidy, and both the bed sheets and the towels smelled newly washed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

De'an the owner is a hero! Nothing was too much for this man...in fact I'm not sure he even sleeps. Everything from organising the bookings, to directing us around the town, to offering transfers as far as Zadar, to running the restaurant...One morning my girlfriend woke up feeling rough & he was even kind enough to organise breakfast for us to have up in bed. He made us feel as welcome as a host possibly could. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lot of information on what to see and do in Novalja. I also used their transport to get to the locations of the island to which the bus does not drive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and very versatile so I think everyone can find something for their own taste. The location of the hotel is very peaceful and quiet and I slept like a baby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone because you can find something for just about any guest. I'm coming back soon...

A szálláshely egy nyugodt, csendes övezetben található, nem messze a tengerparti sétánytól ami egyben a centrum sétánya is. A Pansion C. Bok házigazdái figyelmesek, csodálatosak. Az erkélyről a tengeri panoráma egy részét csodálhattuk. Az épület infrastrukturái megfelelő pihenést biztosítottak.

Talán kettőt emlithetek,1.vizes ruházatnak, nincsen szárítási helye, csak az erkély korláta! 2. a tv mérete kicsi.
