Villa Plitvicka Sedra    

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at for our visit to the Plitvice Lakes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, with a small balcony, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The service and the food at the restaurant was good.

It is a shame to have to write this bit, in a country of very unimpressive modern architecure this place is really stunning & would have top marks if it wasn't for the plumbing noise. We were in room 8 - at the end of the ground floor. Nice & quiet we thought... wrong! I think we were next to staff quarters, so when they started showering at 6am we thought they were in our bathroom, Likewise when they came off shift at midnight or so. Every toilet flush would do the same. Likewise for the room next door.

Large well appointed hotel room and excellent on-site restaurant. Well situated for easy access to Plitvice National Park.

A bit noisy from roadside traffic. Room overlooking carpark. No English speaking sports channel on TV.

Had the most comfortable beds of our entire trip! Lots of parking, friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast was included. Good location.

Absolutely recommend , great value, picturesque, spotlessly clean, good restaurant .

The room was very spacious and had a small balcony.

No card payment for the room was accepted - cash only. Reception closed at 9pm, so we had to drive from the north fairly early to make sure we get there on time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions about the area. The room was neat and clean, and my family enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant. There was also a playground for my kids to get out some of their energy! We had a great stay!

Clean rooms in a nice nature setting. On-site restaurant was reasonably priced and service was excellent.

This is a well appointed clean and friendly place fairly close to the lakes. You would probably need a car if the lakes are what you are staying here for - parking is free and easy. Otherwise it is hard to fault this good value for money hotel.

Room was the right size for a family of four without being too crowded. Breakfast was superb and very nutrious

Signage was non-existant untill a mile or so from the hotel. GPS didn't seem to like the address

Wow ... the place, the hottel, the room, the staff was incredibile... 10+ It is quite and pace ...

Room was clean and big, shower was not so good in our room, but our friends room it was good. Restaurant was open till 11 pm and the breakfast was good. Breakfast was served to the table. The hotel was easy to find and staff was friendful.

Great location, ca. 7 km from the Entrance 1 to the Plitvicka Lakes. Very nice rooms - modern, clean and spacious. Lots of free parking space, tennis court and restaurant on-site.

Breakfast was ok., But dinner at the Sedra restaurant was rather expensive and not very tasty.

Nice additional facilities and activities (tennis, pool, grill house). Friendly staff.

Kindness hospitality comfort Patience

We were so pleasantly surprised to stay at the Villa Plitvicka Sedra, and found the room, the staff, all of the grounds and adjoining restaurant superb! The facility was easily marked from the road, our family room was perfect for our family of 4, and the food at the restaurant in the complex was delicious. We had dinner there the night before - I highly recommend the seafood platter for 2!!! YUM! Breakfast was plenty with fresh breads/jams and omelettes. The facility was only about 10 minutes by car away from the Entrance 1 to Plitvice Lakes, and we found the playground and common areas outside the complex to be very nice and spacious. Will definitely return if given the chance to do so!

Very nice countryside hotel! Only 20 min drive to famous Plitvice Lake and 20 km from picturesque , well recommended Rastok . My advice spend 2 nights minimum to explore this wonderful area. Clean, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

Clean room.

No receprionist after 1630; no way to contact anyone...other than walking down a flight of stairs to the receptionist desk. No one available to help schlep bags up flight of stairs...or down. Impossible directions for TV. Food available at restaurant a short walk fro villa. Food from restaurant barely warm and, even after speaking very slowly and dileberately...the food was still wrong.
