Small, friendly family run accomodation, excellent host.Good healthy breakfast buffet. Beautiful position near Dubrovnik but quiet. Reasonable bus service and several good restaurants in walking distance. Very hilly and steep steps no good for elderly or infirm or very young children. Would have been good if we could have used kitchen facility. |

Attentive owner and location that met our needs; close to Dubrovnik and direct access to the Adriatic. The room was clean and well kept but the sloping ceiling made for a very small room as one could not stand up under that slope. |

I stayed in a room with a seaview. the balcony was wonderful!!! The hotel, breakfast, the orwer, so nice and friedly. I love to stayed there If you dont have a car, we going to wait a little bit for bus |

The rooms were really clean and the hotel staff friendly. Sea views were amazing. There are no shops in the nearby vicinity, so make sure you have everything you need if your not travelling by car. |

Spectacular view from the room, very clean, good shower and comfy beds, large room They housed a smokers in the room next door and the smell woke us up for the last 3 nights of the stay, even with our patio door wide open. Do not stay there if you don't have transport, public transport is a joke and it is a very uncomfortable walk as the roads have no footpath. There is a tennis court but no hire raquets... |

We really enjoyed our stay. We got a bigger appartment than we had reserved which gave us plenty of room. It was quiet and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. |

The view from the room was incredible. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The price/value was outstanding for what we got. It was much closer to Dubrovnik than we expected, and far enough away to make it feel like a real getaway. |

We had an excellent room with a fantastic view. The facilities and room were very comfortable. The hotel was about 5km from Dubrovnik, but if you had a car this was no problem at all. |

The management was extremely helpful and tried to meet every need from breakfast, tours, money exchange, information and transportation The location is a bit out of the way if you are in need of being near the shopping and restaurants but the views, clean room with clean towels every day, great breakfast and wonderful staff made it a wonderful experience for 10 days. |

the owner was very helpful,thou English is limited. Breakfast very good and lots of selection. Plenty of hot water, great views, reasonably sized rooms and clean. The location is slightly limited if you don't have a car, abut 3 restaurants. The main road is close so can catch a bus, but not much is in walking distance. The cockerel could do with being chocked, as it likes an early start !! No tea making facilities, but this seems to be the norm. no private balcony, but very large shared (other smaller rooms had private balcony) |

Beautiful location, views and private swimming area. Friendly, family run business. Immaculately clean. Helpful owners. Lovely balcony/terrace area. Day-trip and taxi services optional. Buses into Dubrovnik. Surprised that a 3-star did not provide a hairdryer or shampoo. Lights by bathroom mirror didn't work. Needs new curtains. Bed not as comfortable as it might be (2 x thin single mattresses and 2 x single duvets on the double bed rather than one big comfy mattress and duvet). Also, no credit card or laser facility - had to pay in cash. |

The small hotel atmosphere was very friendly and homely due to the nice treatment by hotel staff. We enjoyed the breakfacts on the terrace with the sea view. We had a small room with big balcony with fabulous view to the sea, mountains and sunset. Also there was a pool in the hotel and private beach. No. If any at all then baybe the issue that there wasn't a TV in the room. |

friendly and helpful owners. very nice huge common terrace (unfortunately we didn't have a private one in the room we got). nice private beach but make sure to be there early if you wish to use a sunbed. don't call it apartments when it's only rooms and when you are not allowed to use the common kitchen. dark room that could need a bit of renovation, especially the bathroom. |

Wonderful location outside Dubrovnik with easy access by bus. Beautiful new room with balcony and magnificent view of small bay. Has swimming area and pool as well! Owner will provide transport. Great breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Excellent e-mail in English but limited speaking on site. My German was useful. Highly recommend. |
