Clean, tidy with great sea views. Good value. A little further out of the town centre than expected meaning a 120 kuna taxi fare each way.

Beautiful place, location perfect (as we didn't want to be right in the middle of Dubrovnik), owners extremely helpful and lovely, breakfast tasty and fresh, really nice swimming pool. We had a room with private balcony and seaview, which was stunning. We will be going back next year as we had the time of our lives! :)

First Of all location, if you are not afraid of fisical activity and you are in good shape, as there are many steps to descend on the way to the beach. The bea h chairs are free of charge. The hotel is close to Dubrovnik, it takes about 10-15 min by car to the historical center. Parking is right near the hotel building. The room has a balcony and you would definitely enjoy the view and the splendid sunset! Near the hotel there 2 restaurants with reasonable prices - convenient if you want to stay on the place. The owners are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean. It was difficult to find hotel. If you use the navigator, keep in mind the city I'd Zaton and not Dubrovnik, as it is indicated on the booking.com. Be aware of the room ceiling, especially tall people, it was quite disappointing. Another disappointment - breakfast, no choice, no warm touch, it could be more home made, especially taking into consideration the family running business. There was no washing gel in the bathroom, take yours with you.

The views over Zaton Bay were beautiful. It was near to the city yetnott in the bustle & heat the city. It was too high up with over 100 steps to the beach. The room, although very clean & comfortable, was very small.

Lovely owners, great pool. Private beach, beautiful views, really quiet locals beach and bar lovely for a quiet hol and not too far from Dubrovnik. Such a small area so no local shop and car hire is really expensive. We counted 100 Steps up from the road and another 50 to the private beach, really not suitable for anyone with any kind of walking difficulty!

Our apartment was very large and clean, with a fabulous view of the sea. Parking was on the grounds, very convenient. A beach and two simple, but good, restaurants were nearby. It is quite far from the city center, which I didn't fully appreciate when booking. A bus trip to city center is difficult. So more information about our options would be helpful.

My husband and I stayed in the double room with a sea view, and though the room was a little tight, the large balcony overlooking the entire bay was unreal! There was a great little buffet breakfast in the morning and wonderful little pool to lounge around in the afternoon. Though Old Town Dubrovnik was a 10-15 drive, if you had a car it was very easy to get into town. It was actually nice for us to not be directly in the city, which was a bit crowded even at the end of May. The owners were very helpful with anything we needed, and gave us advice about where to go and where to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

The owners of the apartments were terrific hosts. Very friendly and hospitable. The view was amazing and the room itself was very clean and presentable. Restaurants 5 min walk away, right near the beach. The hotel is a little out of town and not too close to shops so you would need to rent a car or be willing to catch public transport.

I liked the quiet seaside location of the apartments just outside Dubrovnik, very tranquil & relaxing. The view was beautiful. The staff/owners could not have been more helpful, very friendly and hospitable. I got exactly what i wanted from this trip. It met and exceeded my hopes and expectations. I can not fault this establishment although i would have preferred to pay by card rather than cash.

Very well equipped comfortable apartment with massive terrace, beautiful views looking straight out to sea, private access down steps to beach (lots of steps but that's Croatia!), very welcoming hosts, kids loved having use of pool too, you need a car at this place & parking is provided, we found a great pizzeria just down the road, very affordable and right on the beach, would happily stay at these apartments again

We stayed in a studio apartment (two adults and an eight-year-old girl). Very quiet accommodation, nice balcony overlooking the sea. There is a little kitchenette, so we could make breakfast and small meals. Good walking opportunities. The beach (not sandy!) lies just below the hotel, but the steep stairs requires good physical condition. Very friendly and helpful owners of the hotel. Many thanks to them ... There are restaurants within walking distance. A small grocery store about 2 km away from hotellet.Vi went a lot with public transports - much cheaper, but find out where the bus stop is! The regular boats to Three Islands are highly recommended, check with the port of Dubrovnik. Our entire stay was very pleasant and we would recommend the hotel! Located about 20 km from Dubrovnik. A car is almost a must! Buses are not so frequent and taxis are expensive if you travel a lot. The hotel pool was not available for almost our entire stay, that made our daughter a little disappointed. Towels we changed daily. One can see that as positive, but not that good for the environment? Would be great if you could vacuumclean the room daily.
