Quite and relaxing nothing in particular. Hotel staff previde me every imformation of the Town i wish to go, Very polite and helpful and searching the net for me to ensure my train time table through and flow to the city. |

Good location. Close to the major highways Hotel did not have cork screw. The wireless Internet did not work on the top floor. |

The staff were very helpful, with advise on how to get into Zagreb and how to get to the football stadium. Advised on what I should expect to pay for a Taxi. The location is between a residential area and an industrial site, which was not reflected in the picture or on booking.com website. However, the hotel is modern so we were not disturbed by any noise from the industrial site. |

Very friendly and able staff, good amount of food choise at breakfast for such a small hotel. ( not as much choise as the more massive hotels, but great for its size, and fresh ) |

The staff was really friendly, I would say over the necessary level. This is what I call business careness! We felt them as friends... The shower holder was broken, but accidents happen all the time, I am sure that by the time I write this, it was fixed long time ago. |

Very supportive and informative staff. Looked after our needs and requests very well. Distance from the main cemtre of Zagreb, but when we found out about transport options this was less of a problem. |
