Nice room, clean, luxurious, free wi-fi, confortable beds, good breakfast, helpful staff. Near Plitvice lakes, good place to sleep before going to the park!!

There is a church in front of the hotel, the bells rang at 6 AM when we were there. But it's not the hotel's fault...

- Nice and clean rooms - nice view from the little balcony to the main square of the little town - only 5-6km from the highway - 50km from Plitvice lakes

- Food is definetly not 4 stars, they served instant soup for dinner, we could buy a better clod plate from the store, they used cheese-cream like something on a supposed to be italian pasta which was also overcooked - breakfast was similary weak, not to the standard of a four star hotel - in the wellness area the pool had a problem and it was closed

always have a hard time with small bathroom facilities. possibly getting to old and unable to move around in tight spaces.

I loved the terrace, it was a great place to enjoy fresh air and relax from my work, their sauna is also very nice, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who decides to visit this region because it's very close to all interesting villages in the area.

I loved that it was near Plitvice lakes, which is why I choose it, the city is also very interesting, there are lot of small villages around it you can visit, the dinner I had at the hotel was also awesome

A friend recommended the hotel to me and I am very thankful for that. I enjoyed staying there, my room was very nice and clean and the bed was divine, it had the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I wasn't expecting to see much around the city, I was just planning to visit Plitvice, but the lady at the front desk has provided me with the information about the surrounding villages and all they had to offer so it was also a way to see some new things and to experience the culture of the region.

very nice staff - lady at the front desk and waiters all very friendly, great breakfast and I also had dinner which was delicious, it's the only 4star hotel near the NP Plitvice and that's why I choose it, and I must say I didn't regret it

I loved staying there. The room was perfect, the bed is very comfortable. It was a great place to relax.

It delivered what it promised. The staff were prompt and nice, the room modern and clean. The only complaint was church bells in the morning but I tend to oversleep anyway :-)

The staff was really friendly and the dinner was really excellent. Otherwise, this city is far away from the lakes but this was the only place we found air condition in August.

The room and the bathroom are very tight.

Vier-Sterne-Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, direkt an Marktplatz und Kirche gelegen; hervorragende Zimmer, auch mit Minibar; Restaurant zwar von der Einrichtung eher etwas sachlich-steril, aber mit eigentlich gutem Speisen- und Getränkeangebot trotz der Feiertage und der geringen Gästezahl;

Leichte Irritationen aus der Küche am zweiten Abend (das bestellte Kalbfleisch war es nicht, statt Bratkartoffeln servierte man Pommes, die Flasche Weißwein vom Vorabend kam am zweiten Abend lauwarm auf den Tisch)!
