The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with alot of information on things to do in Hvar itself and the surrounding islands. Anna and Nadja definitely made our stay a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend the location, ambience and overall very friendly service. The hotel has a small number of rooms which makes it a very personal experience. |

Everything, The location is suberb right in the action, but far away enough to get some sleep, beautiful building (better than the photos), big big room looks like an apartment (suite) with bed and another room with sofas, plasma TV, dvd player etc etc. Small hotel, very quiet and familiar.Very nice staff and TOP restaurant with 10% discount (Price average for a 2 person dinner w/g/wine 85€) No swiming pool, but I guess it's expendable, with all the sea and beaches. |

Fantastic location right in the heart of Hvar and the Harbour, great rooms, really clean and very helpful staff. I wasn't 100% comfortable with the fact that there was no one on reception in the evenings and late nights, not that the hotel was not safe but what if something happened in the hotel, who would I contact? |

A great central location for the port and restaurants. The room was very high spec and spacious. However no balcony which is a shame- aparently only a few rooms have them. They were good at arranging transportation for us to Stari Grad to continue our holiday which we were impressed with. There was no real reception or lobby, just a corridor with a small desk. It therefore felt like we were simply staying in a really nice apartment with a restuarant down below we went to for breakfast. Other nearby four star hotels had really funky bars and entrance so this was a disappoint being a four start hotel as we expected more than just a nice room. |

The quality and decor N/a, although the choice of meat and cheese at breakfast was rather limited when one considers the price charged and, more importantly, no cooked breakfast was offered. The other hotels we stayed at, which were less expensive, did offer eggs, omelettes etc. Also the muesli had run out on the first morning - the waiter said it had all gone but did not offer to fetch frsh supplies. |

Great location and well worth paying extra for the rooms with balcony. Our room had two balconies with stunning views over the Hvar port. Also, in addition to free wireless internet, there is a computer with free internet located in the reception area. While the reception staff were not warm and welcoming, the restaurant staff were excellent - great coffee and omelettes cooked to order! There are a great deal of stairs to reach the hotel and there are also no lifts, making it difficult with heavy luggage. It was also not clear that they did not offer twin beds, I believe it's only doubles. |
